{"id":7219,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"10","bab_id":135.0,"english_bab_number":"135","arabic_bab_number":"135","hadith_number":"813","our_hadith_number":208,"arabic_urn":186170,"arabic_bab_name":"باب السُّجُودِ عَلَى الأَنْفِ وَالسُّجُودِ عَلَى الطِّينِ","arabic_text":"إِنَّ الَّذِي تَطْلُبُ أَمَامَكَ‏.‏ فَاعْتَكَفَ الْعَشْرَ الأَوْسَطَ، فَاعْتَكَفْنَا مَعَهُ، فَأَتَاهُ جِبْرِيلُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الَّذِي تَطْلُبُ أَمَامَكَ‏.‏ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطِيبًا صَبِيحَةَ عِشْرِينَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ مَنْ كَانَ اعْتَكَفَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلْيَرْجِعْ، فَإِنِّي أُرِيتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ، وَإِنِّي نُسِّيتُهَا، وَإِنَّهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ فِي وِتْرٍ، وَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ كَأَنِّي أَسْجُدُ فِي طِينٍ وَمَاءٍ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَكَانَ سَقْفُ الْمَسْجِدِ جَرِيدَ النَّخْلِ وَمَا نَرَى فِي السَّمَاءِ شَيْئًا، فَجَاءَتْ قَزْعَةٌ فَأُمْطِرْنَا، فَصَلَّى بِنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى رَأَيْتُ أَثَرَ الطِّينِ وَالْمَاءِ عَلَى جَبْهَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَرْنَبَتِهِ تَصْدِيقَ رُؤْيَاهُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"'inna alladhiy tatlubu 'amaamaka‏.‏ faa'takafa al'ashra al'awsata، faa'takafnaa ma'ahu، fa'ataahu jibriylu faqaala 'inna alladhiy tatlubu 'amaamaka‏.‏ faqaama alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm khatiybana sabiyhaha 'ishriyna min ramadaana faqaala ‏\"‏ man kaana a'takafa ma'a alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm falyarji'، fa'inniy 'uriytu laylaha alqadri، wa'inniy nussiytuhaa، wa'innahaa fiy al'ashri al'awaakhiri fiy witrin، wa'inniy ra'aytu ka'anniy 'asjudu fiy tiynin wamaa'in ‏\"‏‏.‏ wakaana saqfu almasjidi jariyda alnnakhli wamaa naray fiy alssamaa'i shay'ana، fajaa'at qaz'ahun fa'umtirnaa، fasallay binaa alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm hattay ra'aytu 'athara alttiyni waalmaa'i 'alay jabhahi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'arnabatihi tasdiyqa ru'yaahu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":7800,"english_bab_name":"To prostrate on the nose and in the mud","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Salama:\n\n<p>Once I went to Abu- Sa`id Al-Khudri and asked him, \"Won't you come with us to the date-palm trees \nto have a talk?\" So Abu Sa`id went out and I asked him, \"Tell me what you heard from the Prophet \nabout the Night of Qadr.\" Abu Sa`id replied, \"Once Allah's Apostle performed I`tikaf (seclusion) on \nthe first ten days of the month of Ramadan and we did the same with him. Gabriel came to him and \nsaid, 'The night you are looking for is ahead of you.' So the Prophet performed the I`tikaf in the \nmiddle (second) ten days of the month of Ramadan and we too performed I`tikaf with him. Gabriel \ncame to him and said, 'The night which you are looking for is ahead of you.' In the morning of the \n20th of Ramadan the Prophet delivered a sermon saying, 'Whoever has performed I`tikaf with me \nshould continue it. I have been shown the Night of \"Qadr\", but have forgotten its date, but it is in the \nodd nights of the last ten nights. I saw in my dream that I was prostrating in mud and water.' In those \ndays the roof of the mosque was made of branches of date-palm trees. At that time the sky was clear \nand no cloud was visible, but suddenly a cloud came and it rained. The Prophet led us in the prayer \nand I saw the traces of mud on the forehead and on the nose of Allah's Apostle.
