{"id":7069,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"10","bab_id":39.0,"english_bab_number":"39","arabic_bab_number":"39","hadith_number":"664","our_hadith_number":58,"arabic_urn":184640,"arabic_bab_name":"باب حَدِّ الْمَرِيضِ أَنْ يَشْهَدَ الْجَمَاعَةَ","arabic_text":"مُرُوا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَلْيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَجُلٌ أَسِيفٌ، إِذَا قَامَ فِي مَقَامِكَ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ بِالنَّاسِ، وَأَعَادَ فَأَعَادُوا لَهُ، فَأَعَادَ الثَّالِثَةَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّكُنَّ صَوَاحِبُ يُوسُفَ، مُرُوا أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَلْيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَخَرَجَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَصَلَّى، فَوَجَدَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ نَفْسِهِ خِفَّةً، فَخَرَجَ يُهَادَى بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ رِجْلَيْهِ تَخُطَّانِ مِنَ الْوَجَعِ، فَأَرَادَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَتَأَخَّرَ، فَأَوْمَأَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ مَكَانَكَ، ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِهِ حَتَّى جَلَسَ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ‏.‏ قِيلَ لِلأَعْمَشِ وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ يُصَلِّي بِصَلاَتِهِ، وَالنَّاسُ يُصَلُّونَ بِصَلاَةِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ بِرَأْسِهِ نَعَمْ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"muruwa 'abaa bakrin falyusalli bialnnaasi ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqiyla lahu 'inna 'abaa bakrin rajulun 'asiyfun، 'idhaa qaama fiy maqaamika lam yastati' 'an yusalliya bialnnaasi، wa'a'aada fa'a'aaduwa lahu، fa'a'aada alththaalithaha faqaala ‏\"‏ 'innakunna sawaahibu yuwsufa، muruwa 'abaa bakrin falyusalli bialnnaasi ‏\"‏‏.‏ fakharaja 'abuw bakrin fasallay، fawajada alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm min nafsihi khiffahan، fakharaja yuhaaday bayna rajulayni ka'anniy 'anzuru rijlayhi takhuttaani mina alwaja'i، fa'araada 'abuw bakrin 'an yata'akhkhara، fa'awma'a 'ilayhi alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm 'an makaanaka، thumma 'utiya bihi hattay jalasa 'ilay janbihi‏.‏ qiyla lil'a'mashi wakaana alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm yusalliy wa'abuw bakrin yusalliy bisalaatihi، waalnnaasu yusalluwna bisalaahi 'abiy bakrin faqaala bira'sihi na'am‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":6360,"english_bab_name":"The limit set for a patient to attend the congregational Salat (prayer)?","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Al-Aswad:\n\n<p>\"We were with `Aisha discussing the regularity of offering the prayer and dignifying it. She said, \n'When Allah's Apostle fell sick with the fatal illness and when the time of prayer became due and \nAdhan was pronounced, he said, 'Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer.' He was told that Abu \nBakr was a softhearted man and would not be able to lead the prayer in his place. The Prophet gave \nthe same order again but he was given the same reply. He gave the order for the third time and said, \n'You (women) are the companions of Joseph. Tell Abu Bakr to lead the prayer.' So Abu Bakr came \nout to lead the prayer. In the meantime the condition of the Prophet improved a bit and he came out \nwith the help of two men one on each side. As if I was observing his legs dragging on the ground \nowing to the disease. Abu Bakr wanted to retreat but the Prophet beckoned him to remain at his place \nand the Prophet was brought till he sat beside Abu Bakr.\" Al-A`mash was asked, \"Was the Prophet \npraying and Abu Bakr following him, and were the people following Abu Bakr in that prayer?\" Al- \nA`mash replied in the affirmative with a nod of his head.
