{"id":691,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"13","bab_id":23.0,"english_bab_number":"23","arabic_bab_number":"23","hadith_number":"983","our_hadith_number":32,"arabic_urn":108690,"arabic_bab_name":"باب كَلاَمِ الإِمَامِ وَالنَّاسِ فِي خُطْبَةِ الْعِيدِ، وَإِذَا سُئِلَ الإِمَامُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ وَهْوَ يَخْطُبُ","arabic_text":"مَنْ صَلَّى صَلاَتَنَا وَنَسَكَ نُسْكَنَا فَقَدْ أَصَابَ النُّسُكَ، وَمَنْ نَسَكَ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَتِلْكَ شَاةُ لَحْمٍ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَامَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ نِيَارٍ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ نَسَكْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَخْرُجَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ، وَعَرَفْتُ أَنَّ الْيَوْمَ يَوْمُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ فَتَعَجَّلْتُ وَأَكَلْتُ وَأَطْعَمْتُ أَهْلِي وَجِيرَانِي‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ تِلْكَ شَاةُ لَحْمٍ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ فَإِنَّ عِنْدِي عَنَاقَ جَذَعَةٍ، هِيَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ شَاتَىْ لَحْمٍ، فَهَلْ تَجْزِي عَنِّي قَالَ ‏\"‏ نَعَمْ، وَلَنْ تَجْزِيَ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"man sallay salaatanaa wanasaka nuskanaa faqad 'asaaba alnnusuka، waman nasaka qabla alssalaahi fatilka shaahu lahmin ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaama 'abuw burdaha bnu niyaarin faqaala yaa rasuwla alllahi waalllahi laqad nasaktu qabla 'an 'akhruja 'ilay alssalaahi، wa'araftu 'anna alyawma yawmu 'aklin washurbin fata'ajjaltu wa'akaltu wa'at'amtu 'ahliy wajiyraaniy‏.‏ faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ tilka shaahu lahmin ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala fa'inna 'indiy 'anaaqa jadha'ahin، hiya khayrun min shaatay lahmin، fahal tajziy 'anniy qaala ‏\"‏ na'am، walan tajziya 'an 'ahadin ba'daka ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":9340,"english_bab_name":"If the Imam is asked about something while he is delivering the Khutba","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Al-Bara' bin `Azib:\n\n<p>On the day of Nahr Allah's Apostle delivered the Khutba after the `Id prayer and said, \"Anyone who \nprayed like us and slaughtered the sacrifice like we did then he acted according to our (Nusuk) \ntradition of sacrificing, and whoever slaughtered the sacrifice before the prayer, then that was just \nmutton (i.e. not sacrifice).\" Abu Burda bin Naiyar stood up and said, \"O Allah's Apostle! By Allah, I \nslaughtered my sacrifice before I offered the (Id) prayer and thought that today was the day of eating \nand drinking (nonalcoholic drinks) and so I made haste (in slaughtering) and ate and also fed my \nfamily and neighbors.\" Allah's Apostle said, \"That was just mutton (not a sacrifice).\" Then Abu Burda \nsaid, \"I have a young she-goat and no doubt, it is better than two sheep. Will that be sufficient as a \nsacrifice for me?\" The Prophet replied, \"Yes.
