{"id":6584,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"65","bab_id":3.03,"english_bab_number":"3","arabic_bab_number":"3","hadith_number":"4549, 4550","our_hadith_number":72,"arabic_urn":178781,"arabic_bab_name":"باب ‏<A id=\"q13\" name=\"q13\" href=\"javascript:openquran(2,77,77)\"><c_q13>{‏إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً أُولَئِكَ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُمْ‏}</c_q13></a>‏ لاَ خَيْرَ","arabic_text":"مَنْ حَلَفَ يَمِينَ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهْوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ ‏{‏إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً أُولَئِكَ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ‏}‏ إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ‏.‏ قَالَ فَدَخَلَ الأَشْعَثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ وَقَالَ مَا يُحَدِّثُكُمْ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قُلْنَا كَذَا وَكَذَا‏.‏ قَالَ فِيَّ أُنْزِلَتْ كَانَتْ لِي بِئْرٌ فِي أَرْضِ ابْنِ عَمٍّ لِي قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ بَيِّنَتُكَ أَوْ يَمِينُهُ ‏\"‏ فَقُلْتُ إِذًا يَحْلِفَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهْوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهْوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانٌ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"man halafa yamiyna sabrin liyaqtati'a bihaa maala amri'in muslimin، laqiya alllaha wahwa 'alayhi ghadbaanu ‏\"‏‏.‏ fa'anzala alllahu tasdiyqa dhalika ‏{‏'inna alladhiyna yashtaruwna bi'ahdi alllahi wa'aymaanihim thamanana qaliylaan 'uwla'ika laa khalaaqa lahum fiy al'aakhirahi‏}‏ 'ilay 'aakhiri al'aayahi‏.‏ qaala fadakhala al'ash'athu bnu qaysin waqaala maa yuhaddithukum 'abuw 'abdi alrrahmani qulnaa kadhaa wakadhaa‏.‏ qaala fiyya 'unzilat kaanat liy bi'run fiy 'ardi abni 'ammin liy qaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ bayyinatuka 'aw yamiynuhu ‏\"‏ faqultu 'idhana yahlifa yaa rasuwla alllahi‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ man halafa 'alay yamiyni sabrin yaqtati'u bihaa maala amri'in muslimin wahwa fiyhaa faajirun، laqiya alllaha wahwa 'alayhi ghadbaanun ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":42270,"english_bab_name":"\"Verily, those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant and their oaths, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter (Paradise)... (till) ... and they shall have a painful torment.\" (V.3 -77)","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Wail:\n\n<p>`Abdullah bin Masud said, \"Allah's Apostle said, 'Whoever takes an oath when asked to do so, in \nwhich he may deprive a Muslim of his property unlawfully, will meet Allah Who will be angry with \nhim.' So Allah revealed in confirmation of this statement:--\"Verily! Those who Purchase a small gain \nat the cost of Allah's Covenant and oaths, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter...\" (3.77) Then \nentered Al-Ash'ath bin Qais and said, \"What is Abu `Abdur-Rahman narrating to you?\" We replied, \n'So-and-so.\" Al-Ash'ath said, \"This Verse was revealed in my connection. I had a well in the land of \nmy cousin (and he denied my, possessing it). On that the Prophet said to me, 'Either you bring forward \na proof or he (i.e. your cousin) takes an oath (to confirm his claim)' I said, 'I am sure he would take a \n(false) oath, O Allah's Apostle.' He said, 'If somebody takes an oath when asked to do so through \nwhich he may deprive a Muslim of his property (unlawfully) and he is a liar in his oath, he will meet \nAllah Who will be angry with him.' \"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
