{"id":6552,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"65","bab_id":2.3,"english_bab_number":"30","arabic_bab_number":"30","hadith_number":"4513, 4514, 4515","our_hadith_number":40,"arabic_urn":178412,"arabic_bab_name":"باب قَوْلِهِ ‏<A id=\"q62\" name=\"q62\" href=\"javascript:openquran(1,193,193)\"><c_q62>{‏وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ لِلَّهِ فَإِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَلاَ عُدْوَانَ إِلاَّ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ‏}</c_q62></a>‏","arabic_text":"قَاتَلْنَا حَتَّى لَمْ تَكُنْ فِتْنَةٌ، وَكَانَ الدِّينُ لِلَّهِ، وَأَنْتُمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تُقَاتِلُوا حَتَّى تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ، وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ‏.‏ وَزَادَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي فُلاَنٌ، وَحَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْمَعَافِرِيِّ، أَنَّ بُكَيْرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَتَى ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى أَنْ تَحُجَّ عَامًا وَتَعْتَمِرَ عَامًا، وَتَتْرُكَ الْجِهَادَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا رَغَّبَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ قَالَ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي بُنِيَ الإِسْلاَمُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ إِيمَانٍ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، وَالصَّلاَةِ الْخَمْسِ، وَصِيَامِ رَمَضَانَ، وَأَدَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ‏.‏ قَالَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَلاَ تَسْمَعُ مَا ذَكَرَ اللَّهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ ‏{‏وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا‏}‏ ‏{‏إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ‏}‏ ‏{‏قَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ‏}‏ قَالَ فَعَلْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَانَ الإِسْلاَمُ قَلِيلاً، فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُفْتَنُ فِي دِينِهِ إِمَّا قَتَلُوهُ، وَإِمَّا يُعَذِّبُوهُ، حَتَّى كَثُرَ الإِسْلاَمُ فَلَمْ تَكُنْ فِتْنَةٌ‏.‏ قَالَ فَمَا قَوْلُكَ فِي عَلِيٍّ وَعُثْمَانَ قَالَ أَمَّا عُثْمَانُ فَكَأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَفَا عَنْهُ، وَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ فَكَرِهْتُمْ أَنْ تَعْفُوا عَنْهُ، وَأَمَّا عَلِيٌّ فَابْنُ عَمِّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَخَتَنُهُ‏.‏ وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ هَذَا بَيْتُهُ حَيْثُ تَرَوْنَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"qaatalnaa hattay lam takun fitnahun، wakaana alddiynu lillahi، wa'antum turiyduwna 'an tuqaatiluwa hattay takuwna fitnahun، wayakuwna alddiynu lighayri alllahi‏.‏ wazaada 'uthmaanu bnu saalihin 'ani abni wahbin، qaala 'akhbaraniy fulaanun، wahaywahu bnu shurayhin، 'an bakri bni 'amrinw alma'aafiriyyi، 'anna bukayra bna 'abdi alllahi، haddathahu 'an naafi'in، 'anna rajulaan، 'atay abna 'umara faqaala yaa 'abaa 'abdi alrrahmani maa hamalaka 'alay 'an tahujja 'aamana wata'tamira 'aamana، watatruka aljihaada fiy sabiyli alllahi 'azza wajalla، waqad 'alimta maa raghghaba alllahu fiyhi qaala yaa abna 'akhiy buniya al'islaamu 'alay khamsin 'iymaanin bialllahi warasuwlihi، waalssalaahi alkhamsi، wasiyaami ramadaana، wa'adaa'i alzzakaahi، wahajji albayti‏.‏ qaala yaa 'abaa 'abdi alrrahmani، 'alaa tasma'u maa dhakara alllahu fiy kitaabihi ‏{‏wa'in taa'ifataani mina almu'miniyna aqtataluwa fa'aslihuwa baynahumaa‏}‏ ‏{‏'ilay 'amri alllahi‏}‏ ‏{‏qaatiluwhum hattay laa takuwna fitnahun‏}‏ qaala fa'alnaa 'alay 'ahdi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wakaana al'islaamu qaliylaan، fakaana alrrajulu yuftanu fiy diynihi 'immaa qataluwhu، wa'immaa yu'adhdhibuwhu، hattay kathura al'islaamu falam takun fitnahun‏.‏ qaala famaa qawluka fiy 'aliyyin wa'uthmaana qaala 'ammaa 'uthmaanu faka'anna alllaha 'afaa 'anhu، wa'ammaa 'antum fakarihtum 'an ta'fuwa 'anhu، wa'ammaa 'aliyyun faabnu 'ammi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wakhatanuhu‏.‏ wa'ashaara biyadihi faqaala hadhaa baytuhu haythu tarawna‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":41950,"english_bab_name":"Allah's Statement: \"And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allah (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimün (the polytheists and wrong-doers) .\" (V.2:193)","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Nafi`:\n\n<p>During the affliction of Ibn Az-Zubair, two men came to Ibn `Umar and said, \"The people are lost, \nand you are the son of `Umar, and the companion of the Prophet, so what forbids you from coming \nout?\" He said, \"What forbids me is that Allah has prohibited the shedding of my brother's blood.\" \nThey both said, \"Didn't Allah say, 'And fight then until there is no more affliction?\" He said \"We \nfought until there was no more affliction and the worship is for Allah (Alone while you want to fight \nuntil there is affliction and until the worship become for other than Allah.\" \nNarrated Nafi` (through another group of sub-narrators): A man came to Ibn `Umar and said, \"O Abu \n`Abdur Rahman! What made you perform Hajj in one year and Umra in another year and leave the \nJihad for Allah' Cause though you know how much Allah recommends it?\" Ibn `Umar replied, \"O son \nof my brother! Islam is founded on five principles, i.e. believe in Allah and His Apostle, the five \ncompulsory prayers, the fasting of the month of Ramadan, the payment of Zakat, and the Hajj to the \nHouse (of Allah).\" The man said, \"O Abu `Abdur Rahman! Won't you listen to why Allah has \nmentioned in His Book: 'If two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them, \nbut if one of then transgresses beyond bounds against the other, then you all fight against the one that \ntransgresses. (49.9) and:--\"And fight them till there is no more affliction (i.e. no more worshiping of \nothers along with Allah).\" Ibn `Umar said, \"We did it, during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle when \nIslam had only a few followers. A man would be put to trial because of his religion; he would either \nbe killed or tortured. But when the Muslims increased, there was no more afflictions or oppressions.\" \nThe man said, \"What is your opinion about `Uthman and `Ali?\" Ibn `Umar said, \"As for `Uthman, it \nseems that Allah has forgiven him, but you people dislike that he should be forgiven. And as for `Ali, \nhe is the cousin of Allah's Apostle and his son-in-law.\" Then he pointed with his hand and said, \"That \nis his house which you see.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
