{"id":6059,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"60","bab_id":54.0,"english_bab_number":"54","arabic_bab_number":"54","hadith_number":"3472","our_hadith_number":139,"arabic_urn":172560,"arabic_bab_name":"باب","arabic_text":"اشْتَرَى رَجُلٌ مِنْ رَجُلٍ عَقَارًا لَهُ، فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي اشْتَرَى الْعَقَارَ فِي عَقَارِهِ جَرَّةً فِيهَا ذَهَبٌ، فَقَالَ لَهُ الَّذِي اشْتَرَى الْعَقَارَ خُذْ ذَهَبَكَ مِنِّي، إِنَّمَا اشْتَرَيْتُ مِنْكَ الأَرْضَ، وَلَمْ أَبْتَعْ مِنْكَ الذَّهَبَ‏.‏ وَقَالَ الَّذِي لَهُ الأَرْضُ إِنَّمَا بِعْتُكَ الأَرْضَ وَمَا فِيهَا، فَتَحَاكَمَا إِلَى رَجُلٍ، فَقَالَ الَّذِي تَحَاكَمَا إِلَيْهِ أَلَكُمَا وَلَدٌ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِي غُلاَمٌ‏.‏ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ لِي جَارِيَةٌ‏.‏ قَالَ أَنْكِحُوا الْغُلاَمَ الْجَارِيَةَ، وَأَنْفِقُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمَا مِنْهُ، وَتَصَدَّقَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"ashtaray rajulun min rajulin 'aqaarana lahu، fawajada alrrajulu alladhiy ashtaray al'aqaara fiy 'aqaarihi jarrahan fiyhaa dhahabun، faqaala lahu alladhiy ashtaray al'aqaara khudh dhahabaka minniy، 'innamaa ashtaraytu minka al'arda، walam 'abta' minka aldhdhahaba‏.‏ waqaala alladhiy lahu al'ardu 'innamaa bi'tuka al'arda wamaa fiyhaa، fatahaakamaa 'ilay rajulin، faqaala alladhiy tahaakamaa 'ilayhi 'alakumaa waladun qaala 'ahaduhumaa liy ghulaamun‏.‏ waqaala al'aakharu liy jaariyahun‏.‏ qaala 'ankihuwa alghulaama aljaariyaha، wa'anfiquwa 'alay 'anfusihimaa minhu، watasaddaqaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":32420,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle said, \"A man bought a piece of land from another man, and the buyer found an \nearthenware jar filled with gold in the land. The buyer said to the seller. 'Take your gold, as I have \nbought only the land from you, but I have not bought the gold from you.' The (former) owner of the \nland said, \"I have sold you the land with everything in it.' So both of them took their case before a \nman who asked, 'Do you have children?' One of them said, \"I have a boy.' The other said, \"I have a \ngirl.'
