{"id":5906,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"56","bab_id":191.0,"english_bab_number":"191","arabic_bab_number":"191","hadith_number":"3075","our_hadith_number":280,"arabic_urn":170920,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنْ ذَبْحِ الإِبِلِ وَالْغَنَمِ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ","arabic_text":"فَعَجِلُوا فَنَصَبُوا الْقُدُورَ، فَأَمَرَ بِالْقُدُورِ فَأُكْفِئَتْ، ثُمَّ قَسَمَ فَعَدَلَ عَشَرَةً مِنَ الْغَنَمِ بِبَعِيرٍ، فَنَدَّ مِنْهَا بَعِيرٌ، وَفِي الْقَوْمِ خَيْلٌ يَسِيرٌ فَطَلَبُوهُ فَأَعْيَاهُمْ، فَأَهْوَى إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ، فَحَبَسَهُ اللَّهُ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ هَذِهِ الْبَهَائِمُ لَهَا أَوَابِدُ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ، فَمَا نَدَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَاصْنَعُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ جَدِّي إِنَّا نَرْجُو ـ أَوْ نَخَافُ ـ أَنْ نَلْقَى الْعَدُوَّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَ مَعَنَا مُدًى، أَفَنَذْبَحُ بِالْقَصَبِ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ، لَيْسَ السِّنَّ وَالظُّفُرَ، وَسَأُحَدِّثُكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ، وَأَمَّا الظُّفُرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشَةِ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"fa'ajiluwa fanasabuwa alquduwra، fa'amara bialquduwri fa'ukfi'at، thumma qasama fa'adala 'asharahan mina alghanami biba'iyrin، fanadda minhaa ba'iyrun، wafiy alqawmi khaylun yasiyrun fatalabuwhu fa'a'yaahum، fa'ahway 'ilayhi rajulun bisahmin، fahabasahu alllahu faqaala ‏\"‏ hadhihi albahaa'imu lahaa 'awaabidu ka'awaabidi alwahshi، famaa nadda 'alaykum faasna'uwa bihi hakadhaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaala jaddiy 'innaa narjuw  'aw nakhaafu  'an nalqay al'aduwwa ghadana walaysa ma'anaa mudany، 'afanadhbahu bialqasabi faqaala ‏\"‏ maa 'anhara alddama wadhukira asmu alllahi fakul، laysa alssinna waalzzufura، wasa'uhaddithukum 'an dhalika، 'ammaa alssinnu fa'azmun، wa'ammaa alzzufuru famuday alhabashahi ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":28730,"english_bab_name":"Not to slaughter the camels and sheep of the booty (before distribution)","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abaya bin Rifaa:\n\n<p>My grandfather, Rafi` said, \"We were in the company of the Prophet at DhulHulaifa, and the people \nsuffered from hunger. We got some camels and sheep (as booty) and the Prophet was still behind the \npeople. They hurried and put the cooking pots on the fire. (When he came) he ordered that the cooking \npots should be upset and then he distributed the booty (amongst the people) regarding ten sheep as \nequal to one camel then a camel fled and the people chased it till they got tired, as they had a few \nhorses (for chasing it). So a man threw an arrow at it and caused it to stop (with Allah's Permission). \nOn that the Prophet said, 'Some of these animals behave like wild beasts, so, if any animal flee from \nyou, deal with it in the same way.\" My grandfather asked (the Prophet ), \"We hope (or are afraid) that \nwe may meet the enemy tomorrow and we have no knives. Can we slaughter our animals with canes?\" \nAllah's Apostle replied, \"If the instrument used for killing causes the animal to bleed profusely and if \nAllah's Name is mentioned on killing it, then eat its meat (i.e. it is lawful) but won't use a tooth or a \nnail and I am telling you the reason: A tooth is a bone (and slaughtering with a bone is forbidden ), \nand a nail is the slaughtering instrument of the Ethiopians.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
