{"id":5853,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"56","bab_id":152.0,"english_bab_number":"152","arabic_bab_number":"152","hadith_number":"3018","our_hadith_number":227,"arabic_urn":170350,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا حَرَّقَ الْمُشْرِكُ الْمُسْلِمَ هَلْ يُحَرَّقُ","arabic_text":"مَا أَجِدُ لَكُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَلْحَقُوا بِالذَّوْدِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَانْطَلَقُوا فَشَرِبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا حَتَّى صَحُّوا وَسَمِنُوا، وَقَتَلُوا الرَّاعِيَ، وَاسْتَاقُوا الذَّوْدَ، وَكَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِسْلاَمِهِمْ، فَأَتَى الصَّرِيخُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَبَعَثَ الطَّلَبَ، فَمَا تَرَجَّلَ النَّهَارُ حَتَّى أُتِيَ بِهِمْ، فَقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِمَسَامِيرَ فَأُحْمِيَتْ فَكَحَلَهُمْ بِهَا، وَطَرَحَهُمْ بِالْحَرَّةِ، يَسْتَسْقُونَ فَمَا يُسْقَوْنَ حَتَّى مَاتُوا‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو قِلاَبَةَ قَتَلُوا وَسَرَقُوا وَحَارَبُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَسَعَوْا فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا","arabic_transliteration":"maa 'ajidu lakum 'ilaaa 'an talhaquwa bialdhdhawdi ‏\"‏‏.‏ faantalaquwa fasharibuwa min 'abwaalihaa wa'albaanihaa hattay sahhuwa wasaminuwa، waqataluwa alrraa'iya، waastaaquwa aldhdhawda، wakafaruwa ba'da 'islaamihim، fa'atay alssariykhu alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm، faba'atha alttalaba، famaa tarajjala alnnahaaru hattay 'utiya bihim، faqatta'a 'aydiyahum wa'arjulahum، thumma 'amara bimasaamiyra fa'uhmiyat fakahalahum bihaa، watarahahum bialharrahi، yastasquwna famaa yusqawna hattay maatuwa‏.‏ qaala 'abuw qilaabaha qataluwa wasaraquwa wahaarabuwa alllaha warasuwlahu sly allh 'lyh wslm wasa'awa fiy al'ardi fasaadana","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":28230,"english_bab_name":"If a Mushrik burns a Muslim, should he be burnt (in retaliation)?","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>A group of eight men from the tribe of 'Ukil came to the Prophet and then they found the climate of \nMedina unsuitable for them. So, they said, \"O Allah's Apostle! Provide us with some milk.\" Allah's \nApostle said, \"I recommend that you should join the herd of camels.\" So they went and drank the \nurine and the milk of the camels (as a medicine) till they became healthy and fat. Then they killed the \nshepherd and drove away the camels, and they became unbelievers after whey were Muslims. When \nthe Prophet was informed by a shouter for help, he sent some men in their pursuit, and before the sun \nrose high, they were brought, and he had their hands and feet cut off. Then he ordered for nails which \nwere heated and passed over their eyes, and whey were left in the Harra (i.e. rocky land in Medina). \nThey asked for water, and nobody provided them with water till they died (Abu Qilaba, a sub-narrator \nsaid, \"They committed murder and theft and fought against Allah and His Apostle, and spread evil in \nthe land.\")","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
