{"id":5633,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"56","bab_id":3.0,"english_bab_number":"3","arabic_bab_number":"3","hadith_number":"2788, 2789","our_hadith_number":7,"arabic_urn":168070,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الدُّعَاءِ بِالْجِهَادِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ لِلرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ","arabic_text":"يَدْخُلُ عَلَى أُمِّ حَرَامٍ بِنْتِ مِلْحَانَ، فَتُطْعِمُهُ، وَكَانَتْ أُمُّ حَرَامٍ تَحْتَ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَطْعَمَتْهُ وَجَعَلَتْ تَفْلِي رَأْسَهُ، فَنَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظَ وَهُوَ يَضْحَكُ‏.‏ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ وَمَا يُضْحِكُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عُرِضُوا عَلَىَّ، غُزَاةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، يَرْكَبُونَ ثَبَجَ هَذَا الْبَحْرِ، مُلُوكًا عَلَى الأَسِرَّةِ، أَوْ مِثْلُ الْمُلُوكِ عَلَى الأَسِرَّةِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ شَكَّ إِسْحَاقُ‏.‏ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مِنْهُمْ‏.‏ فَدَعَا لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ وَضَعَ رَأْسَهُ، ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظَ وَهُوَ يَضْحَكُ فَقُلْتُ وَمَا يُضْحِكُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عُرِضُوا عَلَىَّ، غُزَاةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ كَمَا قَالَ فِي الأَوَّلِ‏.‏ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مِنْهُمْ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَنْتِ مِنَ الأَوَّلِينَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَرَكِبَتِ الْبَحْرَ فِي زَمَانِ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، فَصُرِعَتْ عَنْ دَابَّتِهَا حِينَ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْبَحْرِ، فَهَلَكَتْ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"yadkhulu 'alay 'ummi haraamin binti milhaana، fatut'imuhu، wakaanat 'ummu haraamin tahta 'ubaadaha bni alssaamiti، fadakhala 'alayhaa rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm fa'at'amathu waja'alat tafliy ra'sahu، fanaama rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm thumma astayqaza wahuwa yadhaku‏.‏ qaalat faqultu wamaa yudhikuka yaa rasuwla alllahi qaala ‏\"‏ naasun min 'ummatiy 'uriduwa 'alayya، ghuzaahan fiy sabiyli alllahi، yarkabuwna thabaja hadhaa albahri، muluwkana 'alay al'asirrahi، 'aw mithlu almuluwki 'alay al'asirrahi ‏\"‏‏.‏ shakka 'ishaaqu‏.‏ qaalat faqultu yaa rasuwla alllahi ad'u alllaha 'an yaj'alaniy minhum‏.‏ fada'aa lahaa rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm thumma wada'a ra'sahu، thumma astayqaza wahuwa yadhaku faqultu wamaa yudhikuka yaa rasuwla alllahi qaala ‏\"‏ naasun min 'ummatiy 'uriduwa 'alayya، ghuzaahan fiy sabiyli alllahi ‏\"‏‏.‏ kamaa qaala fiy al'awwali‏.‏ qaalat faqultu yaa rasuwla alllahi، ad'u alllaha 'an yaj'alaniy minhum‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'anti mina al'awwaliyna ‏\"‏‏.‏ farakibati albahra fiy zamaani mu'aawiyaha bni 'abiy sufyaana، fasuri'at 'an daabbatihaa hiyna kharajat mina albahri، fahalakat‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":26060,"english_bab_name":"The invocation that Allah may let adorn with martyrdom","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle used to visit Umm Haram bint Milhan, who would offer him meals. Umm Haram was the \nwife of Ubada bin As-Samit. Allah's Apostle, once visited her and she provided him with food and \nstarted looking for lice in his head. Then Allah's Apostle slept, and afterwards woke up smiling. Umm \nHaram asked, \"What causes you to smile, O Allah's Apostle?\" He said. \"Some of my followers who (in \na dream) were presented before me as fighters in Allah's cause (on board a ship) amidst this sea caused \nme to smile; they were as kings on the thrones (or like kings on the thrones).\" (Ishaq, a sub-narrator is \nnot sure as to which expression the Prophet used.) Umm Haram said, \"O Allah's Apostle! Invoke Allah \nthat he makes me one of them. Allah's Apostle invoked Allah for her and slept again and woke up \nsmiling. Once again Umm Haram asked, \"What makes you smile, O Allah's Apostle?\" He replied, \n\"Some of my followers were presented to me as fighters in Allah's Cause,\" repeating the same dream. \nUmm Haram said, \"O Allah's Apostle! Invoke Allah that He makes me one of them.\" He said, \"You are \namongst the first ones.\" It happened that she sailed on the sea during the Caliphate of Mu'awiya bin \nAbi Sufyan, and after she disembarked, she fell down from her riding animal and died.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
