{"id":5432,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"93","bab_id":17.0,"english_bab_number":"17","arabic_bab_number":"17","hadith_number":"7164","our_hadith_number":28,"arabic_urn":162830,"arabic_bab_name":"باب رِزْقِ الْحُكَّامِ وَالْعَامِلِينِ عَلَيْهَا","arabic_text":"وَعَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنْ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعْطِينِي الْعَطَاءَ فَأَقُولُ أَعْطِهِ أَفْقَرَ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي‏.‏ حَتَّى أَعْطَانِي مَرَّةً مَالاً فَقُلْتُ أَعْطِهِ مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَرُ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ خُذْهُ فَتَمَوَّلْهُ وَتَصَدَّقْ بِهِ، فَمَا جَاءَكَ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ وَأَنْتَ غَيْرُ مُشْرِفٍ وَلاَ سَائِلٍ فَخُذْهُ، وَمَا لاَ فَلاَ تُتْبِعْهُ نَفْسَكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"wa'ani alzzuhriyyi، qaala haddathaniy saalimu bnu 'abdi alllahi، 'an 'abda alllahi bna 'umara، qaala sami'tu 'umara، yaquwlu kaana alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm yu'tiyniy al'ataa'a fa'aquwlu 'a'tihi 'afqara 'ilayhi minniy‏.‏ hattay 'a'taaniy marrahan maalaan faqultu 'a'tihi man huwa 'afqaru 'ilayhi minniy‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ khudhhu fatamawwalhu watasaddaq bihi، famaa jaa'aka min hadhaa almaali wa'anta ghayru mushrifin walaa saa'ilin fakhudhhu، wamaa laa falaa tutbi'hu nafsaka ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":67332,"english_bab_name":"The salaries of rulers and those employed to administer the funds","english_text":"<p>\n\n     Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: I have heard 'Umar saying, \"The Prophet \n     used to give me some money (grant) and I would say (to him), 'Give it \n     to a more needy one than me.' Once he gave me some money and I said, \n     'Give it to a more needy one than me.' The Prophet said (to me), 'Take\n     it and keep it in your possession and then give it in charity. Take \n     whatever comes to you of this money while you are not keen to have it \n     and not asking for it; take it, but you should not seek to have what \n     you are not given.
