{"id":5361,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"92","bab_id":15.0,"english_bab_number":"15","arabic_bab_number":"15","hadith_number":"7089","our_hadith_number":40,"arabic_urn":162090,"arabic_bab_name":"باب التَّعَوُّذِ مِنَ الْفِتَنِ","arabic_text":"لاَ تَسْأَلُونِي عَنْ شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ بَيَّنْتُ لَكُمْ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَجَعَلْتُ أَنْظُرُ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالاً، فَإِذَا كُلُّ رَجُلٍ رَأْسُهُ فِي ثَوْبِهِ يَبْكِي، فَأَنْشَأَ رَجُلٌ كَانَ إِذَا لاَحَى يُدْعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَنْ أَبِي فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ أَبُوكَ حُذَافَةُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ أَنْشَأَ عُمَرُ فَقَالَ رَضِينَا بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولاً، نَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ سُوءِ الْفِتَنِ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ مَا رَأَيْتُ فِي الْخَيْرِ وَالشَّرِّ كَالْيَوْمِ قَطُّ، إِنَّهُ صُوِّرَتْ لِي الْجَنَّةُ وَالنَّارُ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُهُمَا دُونَ الْحَائِطِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ يُذْكَرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عِنْدَ هَذِهِ الآيَةِ ‏{‏يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَسْأَلُوا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ إِنْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ تَسُؤْكُمْ‏}‏","arabic_transliteration":"laa tas'aluwniy 'an shay'in 'ilaaa bayyantu lakum ‏\"‏‏.‏ faja'altu 'anzuru yamiynana washimaalaan، fa'idhaa kullu rajulin ra'suhu fiy thawbihi yabkiy، fa'ansha'a rajulun kaana 'idhaa laahay yud'ay 'ilay ghayri 'abiyhi faqaala yaa nabiyya alllahi man 'abiy faqaala ‏\"‏ 'abuwka hudhaafahu ‏\"‏‏.‏ thumma 'ansha'a 'umaru faqaala radiynaa bialllahi rabbana، wabial'islaami diynana، wabimuhammadin rasuwlaan، na'uwdhu bialllahi min suw'i alfitani‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ maa ra'aytu fiy alkhayri waalshsharri kaalyawmi qattu، 'innahu suwwirat liy aljannahu waalnnaaru hattay ra'aytuhumaa duwna alhaa'iti ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala qataadahu yudhkaru hadhaa alhadiythu 'inda hadhihi al'aayahi ‏{‏yaa 'ayyuhaa alladhiyna 'aamanuwa laa tas'aluwa 'an 'ashyaa'a 'in tubda lakum tasu'kum‏}‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":66670,"english_bab_name":"To seek refuge with Allah from Al-Fitan","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas:\n\n<p>The people started asking the Prophet too many questions importunately. So one day he ascended the \npulpit and said, \"You will not ask me any question but I will explain it to you.\" I looked right and left, \nand behold, every man was covering his head with his garment and weeping. Then got up a man who, \nwhenever quarreling with somebody, used to be accused of not being the son of his father. He said, \"O \nAllah's Apostle! Who is my father?\" The Prophet replied, \"Your father is Hudhaifa.\" Then `Umar got \nup and said, \"We accept Allah as our Lord, Islam as our religion and Muhammad as our Apostle and \nwe seek refuge with Allah from the evil of afflictions.\" The Prophet said, \" I have never seen the good \nand bad like on this day. No doubt, Paradise and Hell was displayed in front of me till I saw them in \nfront of that wall,\" Qatada said: This Hadith used to be mentioned as an explanation of this Verse:-- 'O \nyou who believe!
