{"id":528,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"9","bab_id":11.0,"english_bab_number":"11","arabic_bab_number":"11","hadith_number":"540","our_hadith_number":17,"arabic_urn":105390,"arabic_bab_name":"باب وَقْتِ الظُّهْرِ عِنْدَ الزَّوَالِ","arabic_text":"خَرَجَ حِينَ زَاغَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ، فَقَامَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، فَذَكَرَ السَّاعَةَ، فَذَكَرَ أَنَّ فِيهَا أُمُورًا عِظَامًا ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَسْأَلَ عَنْ شَىْءٍ فَلْيَسْأَلْ، فَلاَ تَسْأَلُونِي عَنْ شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ أَخْبَرْتُكُمْ مَا دُمْتُ فِي مَقَامِي هَذَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَأَكْثَرَ النَّاسُ فِي الْبُكَاءِ، وَأَكْثَرَ أَنْ يَقُولَ ‏\"‏ سَلُونِي ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَامَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حُذَافَةَ السَّهْمِيُّ فَقَالَ مَنْ أَبِي قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَبُوكَ حُذَافَةُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ أَكْثَرَ أَنْ يَقُولَ ‏\"‏ سَلُونِي ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَبَرَكَ عُمَرُ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَضِينَا بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا‏.‏ فَسَكَتَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ عُرِضَتْ عَلَىَّ الْجَنَّةُ وَالنَّارُ آنِفًا فِي عُرْضِ هَذَا الْحَائِطِ فَلَمْ أَرَ كَالْخَيْرِ وَالشَّرِّ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"kharaja hiyna zaaghati alshshamsu fasallay alzzuhra، faqaama 'alay alminbari، fadhakara alssaa'aha، fadhakara 'anna fiyhaa 'umuwrana 'izaamana thumma qaala ‏\"‏ man 'ahabba 'an yas'ala 'an shay'in falyas'al، falaa tas'aluwniy 'an shay'in 'ilaaa 'akhbartukum maa dumtu fiy maqaamiy hadhaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ fa'akthara alnnaasu fiy albukaa'i، wa'akthara 'an yaquwla ‏\"‏ saluwniy ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaama 'abdu alllahi bnu hudhaafaha alssahmiyyu faqaala man 'abiy qaala ‏\"‏ 'abuwka hudhaafahu ‏\"‏‏.‏ thumma 'akthara 'an yaquwla ‏\"‏ saluwniy ‏\"‏‏.‏ fabaraka 'umaru 'alay rukbatayhi faqaala radiynaa bialllahi rabbana، wabial'islaami diynana، wabimuhammadin nabiyyana‏.‏ fasakata thumma qaala ‏\"‏ 'uridat 'alayya aljannahu waalnnaaru 'aanifana fiy 'urdi hadhaa alhaa'iti falam 'ara kaalkhayri waalshsharri ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":5180,"english_bab_name":"The time of Zuhr prayer is when the sun declines (just after mid-day)","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle came out as the sun declined at midday and offered the Zuhr prayer. He then stood on \nthe pulpit and spoke about the Hour (Day of Judgment) and said that in it there would be tremendous \nthings. He then said, \"Whoever likes to ask me about anything he can do so and I shall reply as long as \nI am at this place of mine. Most of the people wept and the Prophet said repeatedly, \"Ask me.\" \n`Abdullah bin Hudhafa As-Sahmi stood up and said, \"Who is my father?\" The Prophet said, \"Your \nfather is Hudhafa.\" The Prophet repeatedly said, \"Ask me.\" Then `Umar knelt before him and said, \n\"We are pleased with Allah as our Lord, Islam as our religion, and Muhammad as our Prophet.\" The \nProphet then became quiet and said, \"Paradise and Hell-fire were displayed in front of me on this wall \njust now and I have never seen a better thing (than the former) and a worse thing (than the latter).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
