{"id":5237,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"90","bab_id":3.0,"english_bab_number":"3","arabic_bab_number":"3","hadith_number":"6957, 6958","our_hadith_number":5,"arabic_urn":160741,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الزَّكَاةِ وَأَنْ لاَ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَلاَ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ","arabic_text":"يَكُونُ كَنْزُ أَحَدِكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ، يَفِرُّ مِنْهُ صَاحِبُهُ فَيَطْلُبُهُ وَيَقُولُ أَنَا كَنْزُكَ‏.‏ قَالَ وَاللَّهِ لَنْ يَزَالَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَتَّى يَبْسُطَ يَدَهُ فَيُلْقِمَهَا فَاهُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ إِذَا مَا رَبُّ النَّعَمِ لَمْ يُعْطِ حَقَّهَا، تُسَلَّطُ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، تَخْبِطُ وَجْهَهُ بِأَخْفَافِهَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"yakuwnu kanzu 'ahadikum yawma alqiyaamahi shujaa'ana 'aqra'a، yafirru minhu saahibuhu fayatlubuhu wayaquwlu 'anaa kanzuka‏.‏ qaala waalllahi lan yazaala yatlubuhu hattay yabsuta yadahu fayulqimahaa faahu ‏\"‏‏.‏ waqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'idhaa maa rabbu alnna'ami lam yu'ti haqqahaa، tusallatu 'alayhi yawma alqiyaamahi، takhbitu wajhahu bi'akhfaafihaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":65440,"english_bab_name":"(Tricks) in Zakat","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle said, \"On the Day of Resurrection the Kanz (Treasure or wealth of which, Zakat has \nnot been paid) of anyone of you will appear in the shape of a huge bald headed poisonous male snake \nand its owner will run away from it, but it will follow him and say, 'I am your Kanz.'\" The Prophet \nadded, \"By Allah, that snake will keep on following him until he stretches out his hand and let the \nsnake swallow it.\" Allah's Apostle added, \"If the owner of camels does not pay their Zakat, then, on \nthe Day of Resurrection those camels will come to him and will strike his face with their hooves.\" \nSome people said: Concerning a man who has camels, and is afraid that Zakat will be due so he sells \nthose camels for similar camels or for sheep or cows or money one day before Zakat becomes due in \norder to avoid payment of their Zakat cunningly! \"He has not to pay anything.\" The same scholar said, \n\"If one pays Zakat of his camels one day or one year prior to the end of the year (by the end of which \nZakat becomes due), his Zakat will be valid.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
