{"id":5224,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"89","bab_id":2.0,"english_bab_number":"2","arabic_bab_number":"2","hadith_number":"6944","our_hadith_number":5,"arabic_urn":160610,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي بَيْعِ الْمُكْرَهِ وَنَحْوِهِ فِي الْحَقِّ وَغَيْرِهِ","arabic_text":"انْطَلِقُوا إِلَى يَهُودَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَخَرَجْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى جِئْنَا بَيْتَ الْمِدْرَاسِ فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَادَاهُمْ ‏\"‏ يَا مَعْشَرَ يَهُودَ أَسْلِمُوا تَسْلَمُوا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالُوا قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ ذَلِكَ أُرِيدُ ‏\"‏، ثُمَّ قَالَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ‏.‏ فَقَالُوا قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ الثَّالِثَةَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ اعْلَمُوا أَنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ، وَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُجْلِيَكُمْ، فَمَنْ وَجَدَ مِنْكُمْ بِمَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَلْيَبِعْهُ، وَإِلاَّ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الأَرْضُ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"antaliquwa 'ilay yahuwda ‏\"‏‏.‏ fakharajnaa ma'ahu hattay ji'naa bayta almidraasi faqaama alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fanaadaahum ‏\"‏ yaa ma'shara yahuwda 'aslimuwa taslamuwa ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaaluwa qad ballaghta yaa 'abaa alqaasimi‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ dhalika 'uriydu ‏\"‏، thumma qaalahaa alththaaniyaha‏.‏ faqaaluwa qad ballaghta yaa 'abaa alqaasimi‏.‏ thumma qaala alththaalithaha faqaala ‏\"‏ a'lamuwa 'anna al'arda lillahi warasuwlihi، wa'inniy 'uriydu 'an 'ujliyakum، faman wajada minkum bimaalihi shay'ana falyabi'hu، wa'ilaaa faa'lamuwa 'annamaa al'ardu lillahi warasuwlihi ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":65320,"english_bab_name":"Selling under coercion or other circumstances to repay a debt or the like","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>While we were in the mosque, Allah's Apostle came out to us and said, \"Let us proceed to the Jews.\" \nSo we went along with him till we reached Bait-al-Midras (a place where the Torah used to be recited \nand all the Jews of the town used to gather). The Prophet stood up and addressed them, \"O Assembly \nof Jews! Embrace Islam and you will be safe!\" The Jews replied, \"O Aba-l-Qasim! You have \nconveyed Allah's message to us.\" The Prophet said, \"That is what I want (from you).\" He repeated his \nfirst statement for the second time, and they said, \"You have conveyed Allah's message, O Aba-l- \nQasim.\" Then he said it for the third time and added, \"You should Know that the earth belongs to \nAllah and His Apostle, and I want to exile you fro,,, this land, so whoever among you owns some \nproperty, can sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle.\" \n(See Hadith No. 392, Vol. 4)","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
