{"id":5127,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"86","bab_id":38.0,"english_bab_number":"38","arabic_bab_number":"38","hadith_number":"6842, 6843","our_hadith_number":65,"arabic_urn":159590,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ إِذَا رَمَى امْرَأَتَهُ أَوِ امْرَأَةَ غَيْرِهِ بِالزِّنَا عِنْدَ الْحَاكِمِ وَالنَّاسِ، هَلْ عَلَى الْحَاكِمِ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ إِلَيْهَا فَيَسْأَلَهَا عَمَّا رُمِيَتْ بِهِ","arabic_text":"اقْضِ بَيْنَنَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ‏.‏ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ وَهْوَ أَفْقَهُهُمَا أَجَلْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَاقْضِ بَيْنَنَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، وَأْذَنْ لِي أَنْ أَتَكَلَّمَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ تَكَلَّمْ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ إِنَّ ابْنِي كَانَ عَسِيفًا عَلَى هَذَا ـ قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَالْعَسِيفُ الأَجِيرُ ـ فَزَنَى بِامْرَأَتِهِ، فَأَخْبَرُونِي أَنَّ عَلَى ابْنِي الرَّجْمَ، فَافْتَدَيْتُ مِنْهُ بِمِائَةِ شَاةٍ وَبِجَارِيَةٍ لِي، ثُمَّ إِنِّي سَأَلْتُ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ فَأَخْبَرُونِي أَنَّ مَا عَلَى ابْنِي جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ، وَإِنَّمَا الرَّجْمُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ أَمَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لأَقْضِيَنَّ بَيْنَكُمَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، أَمَّا غَنَمُكَ وَجَارِيَتُكَ فَرَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَجَلَدَ ابْنَهُ مِائَةً وَغَرَّبَهُ عَامًا، وَأَمَرَ أُنَيْسًا الأَسْلَمِيَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ امْرَأَةَ الآخَرِ، فَإِنِ اعْتَرَفَتْ فَارْجُمْهَا،","arabic_transliteration":"aqdi baynanaa bikitaabi alllahi‏.‏ waqaala al'aakharu wahwa 'afqahuhumaa 'ajal yaa rasuwla alllahi faaqdi baynanaa bikitaabi alllahi، wa'dhan liy 'an 'atakallama‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ takallam ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala 'inna abniy kaana 'asiyfana 'alay hadhaa  qaala maalikun waal'asiyfu al'ajiyru  fazanay biamra'atihi، fa'akhbaruwniy 'anna 'alay abniy alrrajma، faaftadaytu minhu bimia'ahi shaahin wabijaariyahin liy، thumma 'inniy sa'altu 'ahla al'ilmi fa'akhbaruwniy 'anna maa 'alay abniy jaldu mia'ahin wataghriybu 'aamin، wa'innamaa alrrajmu 'alay amra'atihi‏.‏ faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'amaa waalladhiy nafsiy biyadihi l'aqdiyanna baynakumaa bikitaabi alllahi، 'ammaa ghanamuka wajaariyatuka faraddun 'alayka ‏\"‏‏.‏ wajalada abnahu mia'ahan wagharrabahu 'aamana، wa'amara 'unaysana al'aslamiyya 'an ya'tiya amra'aha al'aakhari، fa'ini a'tarafat faarjumhaa،","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":64370,"english_bab_name":"If someone accuses his wife or another person’s wife of committing illegal sexual intercourse","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira and Zaid bin Khalid:\n\n<p>Two men had a dispute in the presence of Allah's Apostle. One of them said, \"Judge us according to \nAllah's Laws.\" The other who was more wise said, \"Yes, Allah's Apostle, judge us according to \nAllah's Laws and allow me to speak (first)\" The Prophet said to him, 'Speak \" He said, \"My son was a \nlaborer for this man, and he committed illegal sexual intercourse with his wife, and the people told me \nthat my son should be stoned to death, but I have given one-hundred sheep and a slave girl as a \nransom (expiation) for my son's sin. Then I asked the religious learned people (about It), and they told \nme that my son should he flogged one-hundred stripes and should be exiled for one year, and only the \nwife of this man should be stoned to death \" Allah's Apostle said, \"By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, \nI will judge you according to Allah's Laws: O man, as for your sheep and slave girl, they are to be \nreturned to you.\" Then the Prophet had the man's son flogged one hundred stripes and exiled for one \nyear, and ordered Unais Al-Aslami to go to the wife of the other man, and if she confessed, stone her \nto death.
