{"id":5096,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"86","bab_id":18.0,"english_bab_number":"18","arabic_bab_number":"18","hadith_number":"6805","our_hadith_number":34,"arabic_urn":159240,"arabic_bab_name":"باب سَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْيُنَ الْمُحَارِبِينَ","arabic_text":"فَأَمَرَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِلِقَاحٍ، وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا فَيَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا، فَشَرِبُوا حَتَّى إِذَا بَرِئُوا قَتَلُوا الرَّاعِيَ وَاسْتَاقُوا النَّعَمَ، فَبَلَغَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم غُدْوَةً فَبَعَثَ الطَّلَبَ فِي إِثْرِهِمْ، فَمَا ارْتَفَعَ النَّهَارُ حَتَّى جِيءَ بِهِمْ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِمْ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ، فَأُلْقُوا بِالْحَرَّةِ يَسْتَسْقُونَ فَلاَ يُسْقَوْنَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"fa'amara lahumu alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm biliqaahin، wa'amarahum 'an yakhrujuwa fayashrabuwa min 'abwaalihaa wa'albaanihaa، fasharibuwa hattay 'idhaa bari'uwa qataluwa alrraa'iya waastaaquwa alnna'ama، fabalagha alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm ghudwahan faba'atha alttalaba fiy 'ithrihim، famaa artafa'a alnnahaaru hattay jiy'a bihim، fa'amara bihim faqata'a 'aydiyahum wa'arjulahum wasamara 'a'yunahum، fa'ulquwa bialharrahi yastasquwna falaa yusqawna‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":64060,"english_bab_name":"The Prophet (saws) branded the eyes of those who fought","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>A group of people from `Ukl (or `Uraina) tribe ----but I think he said that they were from `Ukl came to \nMedina and (they became ill, so) the Prophet ordered them to go to the herd of (Milch) she-camels \nand told them to go out and drink the camels' urine and milk (as a medicine). So they went and drank \nit, and when they became healthy, they killed the shepherd and drove away the camels. This news \nreached the Prophet early in the morning, so he sent (some) men in their pursuit and they were \ncaptured and brought to the Prophet before midday. He ordered to cut off their hands and legs and \ntheir eyes to be branded with heated iron pieces and they were thrown at Al-Harra, and when they \nasked for water to drink, they were not given water.
