{"id":5076,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"86","bab_id":9.0,"english_bab_number":"9","arabic_bab_number":"9","hadith_number":"6785","our_hadith_number":14,"arabic_urn":159030,"arabic_bab_name":"باب ظَهْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِ حِمًى، إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ أَوْ حَقٍّ","arabic_text":"أَلاَ أَىُّ شَهْرٍ تَعْلَمُونَهُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالُوا أَلاَ شَهْرُنَا هَذَا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَلاَ أَىُّ بَلَدٍ تَعْلَمُونَهُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالُوا أَلاَ بَلَدُنَا هَذَا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَلاَ أَىُّ يَوْمٍ تَعْلَمُونَهُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالُوا أَلاَ يَوْمُنَا هَذَا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى قَدْ حَرَّمَ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ، إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهَا، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلاَ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ ـ ثَلاَثًا كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يُجِيبُونَهُ أَلاَ نَعَمْ ـ قَالَ ‏\"‏ وَيْحَكُمْ ـ أَوْ وَيْلَكُمْ ـ لاَ تَرْجِعُنَّ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا، يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"'alaa 'ayyu shahrin ta'lamuwnahu 'a'zamu hurmahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaaluwa 'alaa shahrunaa hadhaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'alaa 'ayyu baladin ta'lamuwnahu 'a'zamu hurmahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaaluwa 'alaa baladunaa hadhaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'alaa 'ayyu yawmin ta'lamuwnahu 'a'zamu hurmahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaaluwa 'alaa yawmunaa hadhaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ fa'inna alllaha tabaaraka wata'aalay qad harrama dimaa'akum wa'amwaalakum wa'a'raadakum، 'ilaaa bihaqqihaa، kahurmahi yawmikum hadhaa، fiy baladikum hadhaa، fiy shahrikum hadhaa، 'alaa hal ballaghtu ‏\"‏‏.‏  thalaathana kullu dhalika yujiybuwnahu 'alaa na'am  qaala ‏\"‏ wayhakum  'aw waylakum  laa tarji'unna ba'diy kuffaarana، yadribu ba'dukum riqaaba ba'din ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":63850,"english_bab_name":"A believer is safe except if he transgresses Allah’s legal limits or takes others’ rights","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated `Abdullah:\n\n<p>Allah Apostle said in Hajjat-al-Wada`, \"Which month (of the year) do you think is most sacred?\" The \npeople said, \"This current month of ours (the month of Dhull-Hijja).\" He said, \"Which town (country) \ndo you think is the most sacred?\" They said, \"This city of ours (Mecca).\" He said, \"Which day do you \nthink is the most sacred?\" The people said, \"This day of ours.\" He then said, \"Allah, the Blessed, the \nSupreme, has made your blood, your property and your honor as sacred as this day of yours in this \ntown of yours, in this month of yours (and such protection cannot be slighted) except rightfully.\" He \nthen said thrice, \"Have I conveyed Allah's Message (to you)?\" The people answered him each time \nsaying, 'Yes.\" The Prophet added, 'May Allah be merciful to you (or, woe on you)! Do not revert to \ndisbelief after me by cutting the necks of each other.'","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
