{"id":4673,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"80","bab_id":43.0,"english_bab_number":"43","arabic_bab_number":"43","hadith_number":"6373","our_hadith_number":70,"arabic_urn":154790,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الدُّعَاءِ بِرَفْعِ الْوَبَاءِ وَالْوَجَعِ","arabic_text":"الثُّلُثُ كَثِيرٌ، إِنَّكَ أَنْ تَذَرَ وَرَثَتَكَ أَغْنِيَاءَ، خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ تَذَرَهُمْ عَالَةً يَتَكَفَّفُونَ النَّاسَ، وَإِنَّكَ لَنْ تُنْفِقَ نَفَقَةً تَبْتَغِي بِهَا وَجْهَ اللَّهِ، إِلاَّ أُجِرْتَ، حَتَّى مَا تَجْعَلُ فِي فِي امْرَأَتِكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ أَأُخَلَّفُ بَعْدَ أَصْحَابِي قَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّكَ لَنْ تُخَلَّفَ فَتَعْمَلَ عَمَلاً تَبْتَغِي بِهِ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ، إِلاَّ ازْدَدْتَ دَرَجَةً وَرِفْعَةً وَلَعَلَّكَ تُخَلَّفُ حَتَّى يَنْتَفِعَ بِكَ أَقْوَامٌ، وَيُضَرَّ بِكَ آخَرُونَ، اللَّهُمَّ أَمْضِ لأَصْحَابِي هِجْرَتَهُمْ، وَلاَ تَرُدَّهُمْ عَلَى أَعْقَابِهِمْ","arabic_transliteration":"alththuluthu kathiyrun، 'innaka 'an tadhara warathataka 'aghniyaa'a، khayrun min 'an tadharahum 'aalahan yatakaffafuwna alnnaasa، wa'innaka lan tunfiqa nafaqahan tabtaghiy bihaa wajha alllahi، 'ilaaa 'ujirta، hattay maa taj'alu fiy fiy amra'atika ‏\"‏‏.‏ qultu 'a'ukhallafu ba'da 'ashaabiy qaala ‏\"‏ 'innaka lan tukhallafa fata'mala 'amalaan tabtaghiy bihi wajha alllahi، 'ilaaa azdadta darajahan warif'ahan wala'allaka tukhallafu hattay yantafi'a bika 'aqwaamun، wayudarra bika 'aakharuwna، alllahumma 'amdi l'ashaabiy hijratahum، walaa taruddahum 'alay 'a'qaabihim","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":59920,"english_bab_name":"To invoke Allah to take away epidemic and diseases","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated 'Amir bin Sa`d:\n\n<p>that his father said, \"In the year of Hajjatal-Wada`, the Prophet paid me a visit while I was suffering \nfrom an ailment that had brought me to the verge of death. I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! My sickness has \nreduced me to the (bad) state as you see, and I am a rich man, but have no heirs except one daughter. \nShall I give 2/3 of my property in charity?' He said, 'No.' I said, 'Then 1/2 of it?' He said, 'Even 1/3 is \ntoo much, for, to leave your inheritors wealthy is better than to leave them in poverty, begging from \npeople. And (know that) whatever you spend in Allah's Cause, you will get reward for it, even for the \nmorsel of food which you put in your wife's mouth.' I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! Will I be left behind \nmy companions (in Mecca)?' He said, 'If you remain behind, whatever good deed you will do for \nAllah's Sake, will raise and upgrade you to a higher position (in Allah's Sight). May be you will live \nlonger so that some people may benefit by you, and some e others (pagans) may get harmed by you. O \nAllah! Complete the migration of my companions and do not turn them on their heels; But (we pity) \nthe poor Sa`d bin Khaula (not the above mentioned Sa`d) (died in Mecca)\" Allah's Apostle lamented \n(or pitied) for him as he died in Mecca.
