{"id":4663,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"80","bab_id":36.0,"english_bab_number":"36","arabic_bab_number":"36","hadith_number":"6363","our_hadith_number":60,"arabic_urn":154690,"arabic_bab_name":"باب التَّعَوُّذِ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ","arabic_text":"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أَخْدُمُهُ حَتَّى أَقْبَلْنَا مِنْ خَيْبَرَ، وَأَقْبَلَ بِصَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ حُيَىٍّ قَدْ حَازَهَا، فَكُنْتُ أَرَاهُ يُحَوِّي وَرَاءَهُ بِعَبَاءَةٍ أَوْ كِسَاءٍ ثُمَّ يُرْدِفُهَا وَرَاءَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالصَّهْبَاءِ صَنَعَ حَيْسًا فِي نِطَعٍ، ثُمَّ أَرْسَلَنِي فَدَعَوْتُ رِجَالاً فَأَكَلُوا، وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ بِنَاءَهُ بِهَا، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ حَتَّى بَدَا لَهُ أُحُدٌ قَالَ ‏\"‏ هَذَا جُبَيْلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَلَمَّا أَشْرَفَ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ مَا بَيْنَ جَبَلَيْهَا مِثْلَ مَا حَرَّمَ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ مَكَّةَ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِي مُدِّهِمْ وَصَاعِهِمْ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"alllahumma 'inniy 'a'uwdhu bika mina alhammi waalhazani، waal'ajzi waalkasali، waalbukhli waaljubni، wadala'i alddayni، waghalabahi alrrijaali ‏\"‏‏.‏ falam 'azal 'akhdumuhu hattay 'aqbalnaa min khaybara، wa'aqbala bisafiyyaha binti huyayyin qad haazahaa، fakuntu 'araahu yuhawwiy waraa'ahu bi'abaa'ahin 'aw kisaa'in thumma yurdifuhaa waraa'ahu hattay 'idhaa kunnaa bialssahbaa'i sana'a haysana fiy nita'in، thumma 'arsalaniy fada'awtu rijaalaan fa'akaluwa، wakaana dhalika binaa'ahu bihaa، thumma 'aqbala hattay badaa lahu 'uhudun qaala ‏\"‏ hadhaa jubaylun yuhibbunaa wanuhibbuhu ‏\"‏‏.‏ falammaa 'ashrafa 'alay almadiynahi qaala ‏\"‏ alllahumma 'inniy 'uharrimu maa bayna jabalayhaa mithla maa harrama bihi 'ibraahiymu makkaha، alllahumma baarik lahum fiy muddihim wasaa'ihim ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":59820,"english_bab_name":"To seek refuge with Allah from being overpowered","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>The Prophet said to Abu Talha, \"Choose one of your boys to serve me.\" So Abu Talha took me (to \nserve the Prophet ) by giving me a ride behind him (on his camel). So I used to serve Allah's Apostle \nwhenever he stayed somewhere. I used to hear him saying, \"O Allah! I seek refuge with you (Allah) \nfrom (worries) care and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from \nbeing heavily in debt and from being overpowered by other men.\" I kept on serving him till he \nreturned from (the battle of) Khaibar. He then brought Safiya, the daughter of Huyay whom he had \ngot (from the booty). I saw him making a kind of cushion with a cloak or a garment for her. He then \nlet her ride behind him. When we reached a place called As-Sahba', he prepared (a special meal \ncalled) Hais, and asked me to invite the men who (came and) ate, and that was the marriage banquet \ngiven on the consummation of his marriage to her. Then he proceeded till the mountain of Uhud \nappeared, whereupon he said, \"This mountain loves us and we love it.\" When he approached Medina, \nhe said, \"O Allah! I make the land between its (i.e., Medina's) two mountains a sanctuary, as the \nprophet Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary. O Allah! Bless them (the people of Medina) in their Mudd \nand the Sa' (units of measuring).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
