{"id":4342,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"76","bab_id":57.0,"english_bab_number":"57","arabic_bab_number":"57","hadith_number":"5780, 5781","our_hadith_number":92,"arabic_urn":149861,"arabic_bab_name":"باب أَلْبَانِ الأُتُنِ","arabic_text":"نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السَّبُعِ‏.‏ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ حَتَّى أَتَيْتُ الشَّأْمَ‏.‏ وَزَادَ اللَّيْثُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ نَتَوَضَّأُ أَوْ نَشْرَبُ أَلْبَانَ الأُتُنِ أَوْ مَرَارَةَ السَّبُعِ أَوْ أَبْوَالَ الإِبِلِ‏.‏ قَالَ قَدْ كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَتَدَاوَوْنَ بِهَا، فَلاَ يَرَوْنَ بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا، فَأَمَّا أَلْبَانُ الأُتُنِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ لُحُومِهَا، وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا عَنْ أَلْبَانِهَا أَمْرٌ وَلاَ نَهْىٌ، وَأَمَّا مَرَارَةُ السَّبُعِ","arabic_transliteration":"nahay alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm 'an 'akli kulli dhiy naabin mina alssabu'i‏.‏ qaala alzzuhriyyu walam 'asma'hu hattay 'ataytu alshsha'ma‏.‏ wazaada alllaythu qaala haddathaniy yuwnusu، 'ani abni shihaabin، qaala wasa'altuhu hal natawadda'u 'aw nashrabu 'albaana al'utuni 'aw maraaraha alssabu'i 'aw 'abwaala al'ibili‏.‏ qaala qad kaana almuslimuwna yatadaawawna bihaa، falaa yarawna bidhalika ba'sana، fa'ammaa 'albaanu al'utuni faqad balaghanaa 'anna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm nahay 'an luhuwmihaa، walam yablughnaa 'an 'albaanihaa 'amrun walaa nahyun، wa'ammaa maraarahu alssabu'i","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":54210,"english_bab_name":"The milk of she-asses","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Tha`laba Al-Khushani:\n\n<p>The Prophet forbade the eating of wild animals having fangs. (Az-Zuhri said: I did not hear this \nnarration except when I went to Sham.) Al-Laith said: Narrated Yunus: I asked Ibn Shihab, \"May we \nperform the ablution with the milk of she-asses or drink it, or drink the bile of wild animals or urine of \ncamels?\" He replied, \"The Muslims used to treat themselves with that and did not see any harm in it. \nAs for the milk of she-asses, we have learnt that Allah's Apostle forbade the eating of their meat, but \nwe have not received any information whether drinking of their milk is allowed or forbidden.\" As for \nthe bile of wild animals, Ibn Shihab said, \"Abu Idris Al-Khaulani told me that Allah's Apostle forbade \nthe eating of the flesh of every wild beast having fangs . \"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
