{"id":4117,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"72","bab_id":36.0,"english_bab_number":"36","arabic_bab_number":"36","hadith_number":"5543","our_hadith_number":68,"arabic_urn":147480,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا أَصَابَ قَوْمٌ غَنِيمَةً فَذَبَحَ بَعْضُهُمْ غَنَمًا أَوْ إِبِلاً بِغَيْرِ أَمْرِ أَصْحَابِهِمْ لَمْ تُؤْكَلْ","arabic_text":"مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ فَكُلُوا، مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سِنٌّ وَلاَ ظُفُرٌ، وَسَأُحَدِّثُكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ، وَأَمَّا الظُّفْرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشَةِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَتَقَدَّمَ سَرَعَانُ النَّاسِ فَأَصَابُوا مِنَ الْغَنَائِمِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي آخِرِ النَّاسِ فَنَصَبُوا قُدُورًا فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ وَقَسَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَعَدَلَ بَعِيرًا بِعَشْرِ شِيَاهٍ، ثُمَّ نَدَّ بَعِيرٌ مِنْ أَوَائِلِ الْقَوْمِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ خَيْلٌ فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ اللَّهُ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْبَهَائِمِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَمَا فَعَلَ مِنْهَا هَذَا فَافْعَلُوا مِثْلَ هَذَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"maa 'anhara alddama wadhukira asmu alllahi fakuluwa، maa lam yakun sinnun walaa zufurun، wasa'uhaddithukum 'an dhalika، 'ammaa alssinnu fa'azmun، wa'ammaa alzzufru famuday alhabashahi ‏\"‏‏.‏ wataqaddama sara'aanu alnnaasi fa'asaabuwa mina alghanaa'imi waalnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fiy 'aakhiri alnnaasi fanasabuwa quduwrana fa'amara bihaa fa'ukfi'at waqasama baynahum wa'adala ba'iyrana bi'ashri shiyaahin، thumma nadda ba'iyrun min 'awaa'ili alqawmi walam yakun ma'ahum khaylun faramaahu rajulun bisahmin fahabasahu alllahu‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ 'inna lihadhihi albahaa'imi 'awaabida ka'awaabidi alwahshi famaa fa'ala minhaa hadhaa faaf'aluwa mithla hadhaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":51970,"english_bab_name":"To slaughter sheep or camels from war booty without the permission of the companions","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Rait' bin Khadij:\n\n<p>I said to the Prophet, \"We will be facing the enemy tomorrow and we have no knives (for \nslaughtering)' He said, \"If you slaughter the animal with anything that causes its blood to flow out, \nand if Allah's Name is mentioned on slaughtering it, eat of it, unless the killing instrument is a tooth or \nnail. I will tell you why: As for the tooth, it is a bone; and as for the nail, it is the knife of Ethiopians.\" \nThe quick ones among the people got the war booty while the Prophet was behind the people. So they \nplaced the cooking pots on the fire, but the Prophet ordered the cooking pots to be turned upside \ndown. Then he distributed (the war booty) among them, considering one camel as equal to ten sheep. \nThen a camel belonging to the first party of people ran away and they had no horses with them, so a \nman shot it with an arrow whereby Allah stopped it. The Prophet said, \"Of these animals there are \nsome which are as wild as wild beasts. So, if anyone of them runs away like this, do like this (shoot it \nwith an arrow).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
