{"id":39586,"collection_id":14,"collection":"ahmad","collection_name":"Musnad Ahmad","book_number":"5","bab_id":0.0,"english_bab_number":null,"arabic_bab_number":null,"hadith_number":"1120","our_hadith_number":536,"arabic_urn":5310650,"arabic_bab_name":null,"arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ لَعَنَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَشَاهِدَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُتَوَشِّمَةَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ قُلْتُ إِلَّا مِنْ دَاءٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَالْحَالَّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَقَالَ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ النَّوْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَعَنَ فَقُلْتُ مَنْ حَدَّثَكَ قَالَ الْحَارِثُ الْأَعْوَرُ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu 'abiy 'adiyyin، 'ani abni 'awnin، 'ani alshsha'biyyi، qaala la'ana muhammadun sallay alllahu 'alayhi wasallama 'aakila alrribaa wamuwkilahu wakaatibahu washaahidahu waalwaashimaha waalmutawashshimaha qaala abnu 'awnin qultu 'illaa min daa'in qaala na'am waalhaalla waalmuhallala lahu wamaani'a alssadaqahi waqaala wakaana yanhay 'an alnnawhi walam yaqul la'ana faqultu man haddathaka qaala alhaarithu al'a'waru alhamdaaniyyu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":5011200,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"It was narrated that ash-Shaʼbi said: Muhammad (ﷺ) cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, the one who witnesses it, the woman who does tattoos and the woman who gets tattoos done. Ibn ‘Awn said: Except in the case of illness? He said: Yes. [And he continued:]... the one who marries a woman and divorces her so that she becomes permissible for her first husband, and the one for whom that is done, and the one who withholds zakah. And he forbade wailing (for the dead). He did not say curse. I said: Who told you?
