{"id":39576,"collection_id":14,"collection":"ahmad","collection_name":"Musnad Ahmad","book_number":"5","bab_id":0.0,"english_bab_number":null,"arabic_bab_number":null,"hadith_number":"1110","our_hadith_number":526,"arabic_urn":5310550,"arabic_bab_name":null,"arabic_text":"وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي جَنَازَةٍ أُرَاهُ قَالَ بِبَقِيعِ الْغَرْقَدِ قَالَ فَنَكَتَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا وَقَدْ كُتِبَ مَقْعَدُهُ مِنْ الْجَنَّةِ وَمَقْعَدُهُ مِنْ النَّارِ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَفَلَا نَتَّكِلُ قَالَ لَا اعْمَلُوا فَكُلٌّ مُيَسَّرٌ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ‏<a href=\"javascript:openquran(91,5,10)\" id=\"q7\" name=\"q7\"><c_q7>{‏فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَى وَاتَّقَى‏}</c_q7></a>‏ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ <a href=\"javascript:openquran(91,10,10)\" id=\"q8\" name=\"q8\"><c_q8>‏{‏فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُ لِلْعُسْرَى‏}</c_q8></a>‏‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"wakiy'un haddathanaa al'a'mashu، 'an sa'di bni 'ubaydaha، 'an 'abiy 'abdi alrrahmani alssulamiyyi، 'an 'aliyyin، radiya alllahu 'anhu qaala kunnaa juluwsana ma'a alnnabiyyi sallay alllahu 'alayhi wasallama fiy janaazahin 'uraahu qaala bibaqiy'i algharqadi qaala fanakata fiy al'ardi thumma rafa'a ra'sahu faqaala maa minkum min 'ahadin 'illaa waqad kutiba maq'aduhu min aljannahi wamaq'aduhu min alnnaari qaala qulnaa yaa rasuwla alllahi 'afalaa nattakilu qaala laa a'maluwa fakullun muyassarun thumma qara'a ‏<a href=\"javascript:openquran(91,5,10)\" id=\"q7\" name=\"q7\"><c_q7>{‏fa'ammaa man 'a'tay waattaqay‏}</c_q7></a>‏ 'ilay qawlihi <a href=\"javascript:openquran(91,10,10)\" id=\"q8\" name=\"q8\"><c_q8>‏{‏fasanuyassiruhu lil'usray‏}</c_q8></a>‏‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":5011100,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: We were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) at a funeral - I [the narrator] think he said in Baqee` al-Gharqad - and he struck the ground (with a stick), then he lifted his head and said: “There is no one among you but Allah has decreed his place in Paradise or his place in Hell.” We said: O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), shouldn`t we rely on that? He said: `No, rather strive, for each will be enabled [to do the appropriate deeds].” Then he recited: `As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah and fears Him, And believes in Al-Husna.` We will make smooth for him the path of ease (goodness). But he who is greedy miser and thinks himself self sufficient. And belies Al-Husna.
