{"id":38957,"collection_id":14,"collection":"ahmad","collection_name":"Musnad Ahmad","book_number":"4","bab_id":0.0,"english_bab_number":null,"arabic_bab_number":null,"hadith_number":"465","our_hadith_number":59,"arabic_urn":5304350,"arabic_bab_name":null,"arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنِي نُبَيْهُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ، رَمِدَتْ عَيْنُهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُكَحِّلَهَا فَنَهَاهُ أَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُضَمِّدَهَا بِالصَّبِرِ وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَدَّثَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'affaanu، haddathanaa 'abdu alwaarithi، haddathanaa 'ayyuwbu bnu muwsay، haddathaniy nubayhu bnu wahbin، 'anna 'umara bna 'ubaydi alllahi bni ma'marin، ramidat 'aynuhu wahuwa muhrimun fa'araada 'an yukahhilahaa fanahaahu 'abaanu bnu 'uthmaana radiya alllahu 'anhu wa'amarahu 'an yudammidahaa bialssabiri waza'ama 'anna 'uthmaana radiya alllahu 'anhu haddatha 'an rasuwli alllahi sallay alllahu 'alayhi wasallama 'annahu fa'ala dhalika‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":5004650,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"Nubaih bin Wahb narrated that the eye of `Umar bin Ubaidullah became inflamed when he was in ihram, and he wanted to apply kohl to it, but Aban bin `Uthman (رضي الله عنه) forbade him to do that and told him to apply aloes to it.
