{"id":38524,"collection_id":14,"collection":"ahmad","collection_name":"Musnad Ahmad","book_number":"1","bab_id":0.0,"english_bab_number":null,"arabic_bab_number":null,"hadith_number":"2","our_hadith_number":2,"arabic_urn":5300020,"arabic_bab_name":null,"arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، وَسُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ الْوَالِبِيِّ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْفَزَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ إِذَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثًا نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ بِمَا شَاءَ مِنْهُ وَإِذَا حَدَّثَنِي عَنْهُ غَيْرِي اسْتَحْلَفْتُهُ فَإِذَا حَلَفَ لِي صَدَّقْتُهُ وَإِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَدَّثَنِي وَصَدَقَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يُذْنِبُ ذَنْبًا فَيَتَوَضَّأُ فَيُحْسِنُ الْوُضُوءَ قَالَ مِسْعَرٌ وَيُصَلِّي وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَيَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا غَفَرَ لَهُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa wakiy'un، qaala haddathanaa mis'arun، wasufyaanu، 'an 'uthmaana bni almughiyrahi alththaqafiyyi، 'an 'aliyyi bni rabiy'aha alwaalibiyyi، 'an 'asmaa'a bni alhakami alfazaariyyi، 'an 'aliyyin، radiya alllahu 'anhu qaala kuntu 'idhaa sami'tu min rasuwli alllahi sallay alllahu 'alayhi wasallama hadiythana nafa'aniy alllahu bimaa shaa'a minhu wa'idhaa haddathaniy 'anhu ghayriy astahlaftuhu fa'idhaa halafa liy saddaqtuhu wa'inna 'abaa bakrin radiya alllahu 'anhu haddathaniy wasadaqa 'abuw bakrin 'annahu sami'a alnnabiyya sallay alllahu 'alayhi wasallama qaala maa min rajulin yudhnibu dhanbana fayatawadda'u fayuhsinu alwuduw'a qaala mis'arun wayusalliy waqaala sufyaanu thumma yusalliy rak'atayni fayastaghfiru alllaha 'azza wajalla 'illaa ghafara lahu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":5000020,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"It was narrated that ‘Ali said: If I heard a hadeeth from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) Allah benefitted me as He willed thereby. If someone else told me something from him I would ask him to swear, and if he swore I would believe him. Abu Bakr told me - and Abu Bakr told the truth - that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: `There is no man who commits a sin, then does wudoo' and does it well - Mis'ar said: and prays; Sufyan said: then prays - two rak'ahs and asks Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, for forgiveness but He will forgive him.`","english_grade":"Sahih (Darussalam)","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
