{"id":38476,"collection_id":13,"collection":"adab","collection_name":"Al-Adab Al-Mufrad","book_number":"48","bab_id":569.0,"english_bab_number":"569","arabic_bab_number":"569","hadith_number":"1194","our_hadith_number":20,"arabic_urn":2311910,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ مَنْ بَاتَ عَلَى سَطْحٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُتْرَةٌ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ‏:‏ مَنْ بَاتَ عَلَى إِنْجَارٍ فَوَقَعَ مِنْهُ فَمَاتَ، بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ، وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ حِينَ يَرْتَجُّ، يَعْنِي‏:‏ يَغْتَلِمُ، فَهَلَكَ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muwsay bnu 'ismaa'iyla، qaala‏:‏ haddathanaa alhaarithu bnu 'ubaydin qaala‏:‏ haddathaniy 'abuw 'imraana، 'an zuhayrin، 'an rajulin min 'ashaabi alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm، 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala‏:‏ man baata 'alay 'injaarin fawaqa'a minhu famaata، bari'at minhu aldhdhimmahu، waman rakiba albahra hiyna yartajju، ya'niy‏:‏ yaghtalimu، fahalaka bari'at minhu aldhdhimmahu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"حـسـن","english_urn":2211500,"english_bab_name":"Someone who spends the night on a roof without","english_text":"Zuhayr reported that one of the Companions of the Prophet, may\nAllah bless him and grant him peace, said, \"If anyone spends the night\non a flat roof (without walls) and then falls off of it and dies, no one\nbears any responsibility for him.
