{"id":38375,"collection_id":13,"collection":"adab","collection_name":"Al-Adab Al-Mufrad","book_number":"43","bab_id":506.0,"english_bab_number":"506","arabic_bab_number":"506","hadith_number":"1093","our_hadith_number":43,"arabic_urn":2310900,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ النَّظَرِ فِي الدُّورِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا حَيٍّ الْمُؤَذِّنَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ‏:‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى جَوْفِ بَيْتٍ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنَ، فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ دَخَلَ‏.‏ وَلاَ يَؤُمُّ قَوْمًا فَيَخُصُّ نَفْسَهُ بِدَعْوَةٍ دُونَهُمْ حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ‏.‏ وَلاَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ حَاقِنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'ishaaqu bnu al'alaa'i qaala‏:‏ haddathaniy 'amruw bnu alhaarithi qaala‏:‏ haddathaniy 'abdu allhi bnu saalimin، 'an muhammadi bni alwaliydi، qaala‏:‏ haddathanaa yaziydu bnu shurayhin، 'anna 'abaa hayyin almu'adhdhina haddathahu، 'anna thawbaana mawlay rasuwli allhi sly allh 'lyh wslm haddathahu، 'anna alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala‏:‏ laa yahillu liamri'in muslimin 'an yanzura 'ilay jawfi baytin hattay yasta'dhina، fa'in fa'ala faqad dakhala‏.‏ walaa ya'ummu qawmana fayakhussu nafsahu bida'wahin duwnahum hattay yansarifa‏.‏ walaa yusalliy wahuwa haaqinun hattay yatakhaffafa‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح دون جملة الإمامة","english_urn":2210480,"english_bab_name":"Looking into houses","english_text":"Thawban, the mawla of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless\nhim and grant him peace, related that the Prophet, may Allah bless him\nand grant him peace, said, \"It is not lawful for a Muslim man to look inside\na house until he has been given permission. If he does so, he has entered.\nHe should not act as the imam of a people and then single himself out for\nsupplication to the exclusion of others.
