{"id":37696,"collection_id":13,"collection":"adab","collection_name":"Al-Adab Al-Mufrad","book_number":"22","bab_id":191.0,"english_bab_number":"191","arabic_bab_number":"191","hadith_number":"407","our_hadith_number":11,"arabic_urn":2304050,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ الْمُهْتَجِرَيْنِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ، أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ هِشَامَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ‏:‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ‏:‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُصَارِمَ مُسْلِمًا فَوْقَ ثَلاَثِ لَيَالٍ، فَإِنَّهُمَا مَا صَارَمَا فَوْقَ ثَلاَثِ لَيَالٍ، فَإِنَّهُمَا نَاكِبَانِ عَنِ الْحَقِّ مَا دَامَا عَلَى صِرَامِهِمَا، وَإِنَّ أَوَّلَهُمَا فَيْئًا يَكُونُ كَفَّارَةً لَهُ سَبْقُهُ بِالْفَيْءِ، وَإِنْ هُمَا مَاتَا عَلَى صِرَامِهِمَا لَمْ يَدْخُلاَ الْجَنَّةَ جَمِيعًا‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، qaala‏:‏ haddathanaa 'abdu alwaarithi، 'an yaziyda، 'an mu'aadhaha، 'annahaa sami'at hishaama bna 'aamirin yaquwlu‏:‏ sami'tu rasuwla allhi sly allh 'lyh wslm yaquwlu‏:‏ laa yahillu limuslimin 'an yusaarima muslimana fawqa thalaathi layaalin، fa'innahumaa maa saaramaa fawqa thalaathi layaalin، fa'innahumaa naakibaani 'ani alhaqqi maa daamaa 'alay siraamihimaa، wa'inna 'awwalahumaa fay'ana yakuwnu kaffaarahan lahu sabquhu bialfay'i، wa'in humaa maataa 'alay siraamihimaa lam yadkhulaa aljannaha jamiy'ana‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صـحـيـح","english_urn":2204070,"english_bab_name":"Those who refuse to speak to one another","english_text":"Hisham ibn 'Amir heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless\nhim and grant him peace, say, \"It is not lawful for a Muslim to snub another\nMuslim for more than three nights. As long as they are cut off from each\nother, they are turning away from the Truth. The first of them to return\nto a proper state has his expiation for that inasmuch as he was the first\nto return to a proper state.
