{"id":37691,"collection_id":13,"collection":"adab","collection_name":"Al-Adab Al-Mufrad","book_number":"22","bab_id":189.0,"english_bab_number":"189","arabic_bab_number":"189","hadith_number":"402","our_hadith_number":6,"arabic_urn":2304000,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ هِجْرَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ قَالَ‏:‏ قَالَتْ مُعَاذَةَ‏:‏ سَمِعْتُ هِشَامَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ الأَنْصَارِيَّ، ابْنَ عَمِّ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، وَكَانَ قُتِلَ أَبُوهُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ‏:‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُصَارِمَ مُسْلِمًا فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ، فَإِنَّهُمَا نَاكِبَانِ عَنِ الْحَقِّ مَا دَامَا عَلَى صِرَامِهِمَا، وَإِنَّ أَوَّلَهُمَا فَيْئًا يَكُونُ كَفَّارَةً عَنْهُ سَبْقُهُ بِالْفَيْءِ، وَإِنْ مَاتَا عَلَى صِرَامِهِمَا لَمْ يَدْخُلاَ الْجَنَّةَ جَمِيعًا أَبَدًا، وَإِنْ سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَقْبَلَ تَسْلِيمَهُ وَسَلاَمَهُ، رَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَكُ، وَرَدَّ عَلَى الْآخَرِ الشَّيْطَانُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abuw ma'marin، qaala‏:‏ haddathanaa 'abdu alwaarithi، 'an yaziyda qaala‏:‏ qaalat mu'aadhaha‏:‏ sami'tu hishaama bna 'aamirin al'ansaariyya، abna 'ammi 'anasi bni maalikin، wakaana qutila 'abuwhu yawma 'uhudin، 'annahu sami'a rasuwla allhi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala‏:‏ laa yahillu limuslimin 'an yusaarima muslimana fawqa thalaathin، fa'innahumaa naakibaani 'ani alhaqqi maa daamaa 'alay siraamihimaa، wa'inna 'awwalahumaa fay'ana yakuwnu kaffaarahan 'anhu sabquhu bialfay'i، wa'in maataa 'alay siraamihimaa lam yadkhulaa aljannaha jamiy'ana 'abadana، wa'in sallama 'alayhi fa'abay 'an yaqbala tasliymahu wasalaamahu، radda 'alayhi almalaku، waradda 'alay al'aakhari alshshaytaanu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صـحـيـح","english_urn":2204020,"english_bab_name":"Separating oneself from Muslims","english_text":"Hisham ibn 'Amir al-Ansari, the cousin of Anas ibn Malik whose\nfather was killed in the Battle of Uhud, that he heard the Messenger of\nAllah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, \"It is not lawful\nfor a Muslim to snub another Muslim for more than three nights. As long\nas they are cut off from each other, they are turning away from the Truth.\nThe first of them to return to a proper state has his expiation for that\ninasmuch as he was the first to return to a proper state. If they die while\nthey are cut off from each other, neither of them will ever enter the Garden.\nIf one of them greets the other and he refuses to return the greeting or\naccept his greeting, then an angel returns the greeting to him and Shaytan\nanswers the other.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
