{"id":3746,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"67","bab_id":67.0,"english_bab_number":"68","arabic_bab_number":"67","hadith_number":"5166","our_hadith_number":101,"arabic_urn":143690,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الْوَلِيمَةُ حَقٌّ","arabic_text":"أُنْزِلَ فِي مُبْتَنَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِزَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ جَحْشٍ، أَصْبَحَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَا عَرُوسًا، فَدَعَا الْقَوْمَ فَأَصَابُوا مِنَ الطَّعَامِ، ثُمَّ خَرَجُوا وَبَقِيَ رَهْطٌ مِنْهُمْ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَطَالُوا الْمُكْثَ، فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَخَرَجَ وَخَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ لِكَىْ يَخْرُجُوا، فَمَشَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَشَيْتُ، حَتَّى جَاءَ عَتَبَةَ حُجْرَةِ عَائِشَةَ، ثُمَّ ظَنَّ أَنَّهُمْ خَرَجُوا فَرَجَعَ وَرَجَعْتُ مَعَهُ، حَتَّى إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَى زَيْنَبَ فَإِذَا هُمْ جُلُوسٌ لَمْ يَقُومُوا، فَرَجَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَرَجَعْتُ مَعَهُ، حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ عَتَبَةَ حُجْرَةِ عَائِشَةَ، وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُمْ خَرَجُوا، فَرَجَعَ وَرَجَعْتُ مَعَهُ فَإِذَا هُمْ قَدْ خَرَجُوا فَضَرَبَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ بِالسِّتْرِ، وَأُنْزِلَ الْحِجَابُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"'unzila fiy mubtanay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm bizaynaba abnahi jahshin، 'asbaha alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm bihaa 'aruwsana، fada'aa alqawma fa'asaabuwa mina altta'aami، thumma kharajuwa wabaqiya rahtun minhum 'inda alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm fa'ataaluwa almuktha، faqaama alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fakharaja wakharajtu ma'ahu likay yakhrujuwa، famashay alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm wamashaytu، hattay jaa'a 'atabaha hujrahi 'aa'ishaha، thumma zanna 'annahum kharajuwa faraja'a waraja'tu ma'ahu، hattay 'idhaa dakhala 'alay zaynaba fa'idhaa hum juluwsun lam yaquwmuwa، faraja'a alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm waraja'tu ma'ahu، hattay 'idhaa balagha 'atabaha hujrahi 'aa'ishaha، wazanna 'annahum kharajuwa، faraja'a waraja'tu ma'ahu fa'idhaa hum qad kharajuwa fadaraba alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm bayniy wabaynahu bialssitri، wa'unzila alhijaabu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":48350,"english_bab_name":"The Walima (wedding banquet) is obligatory","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>I was ten years old when Allah's Apostle arrived at Medina. My mother and aunts used to urge me to \nserve the Prophet regularly, and I served him for ten years. When the Prophet died I was twenty years \nold, and I knew about the order of Al-Hijab (veiling of ladies) more than any other person when it was \nrevealed. It was revealed for the first time when Allah's Apostle had consummated his marriage with \nZainab bint Jahsh. When the day dawned, the Prophet was a bridegroom and he invited the people to a \nbanquet, so they came, ate, and then all left except a few who remained with the Prophet for a long \ntime. The Prophet got up and went out, and I too went out with him so that those people might leave \ntoo. The Prophet proceeded and so did I, till he came to the threshold of `Aisha's dwelling place. Then \nthinking that these people have left by then, he returned and so did I along with him till he entered \nupon Zainab and behold, they were still sitting and had not gone. So the Prophet again went away and \nI went away along with him. When we reached the threshold of `Aisha's dwelling place, he thought \nthat they had left, and so he returned and I too, returned along with him and found those people had \nleft. Then the Prophet drew a curtain between me and him, and the Verses of Al-Hijab were revealed.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
