{"id":3705,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"67","bab_id":34.0,"english_bab_number":"35","arabic_bab_number":"34","hadith_number":"5124","our_hadith_number":60,"arabic_urn":143280,"arabic_bab_name":"باب قَوْلِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ : {وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا عَرَّضْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ خِطْبَةِ النِّسَاءِ أَوْ أَكْنَنْتُمْ فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ} الآيَةَ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ}","arabic_text":"وَقَالَ لِي طَلْقٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏{‏فِيمَا عَرَّضْتُمْ‏}‏ يَقُولُ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ التَّزْوِيجَ، وَلَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّهُ تَيَسَّرَ لِي امْرَأَةٌ صَالِحَةٌ‏.‏ وَقَالَ الْقَاسِمُ يَقُولُ إِنَّكِ عَلَىَّ كَرِيمَةٌ، وَإِنِّي فِيكِ لَرَاغِبٌ، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَسَائِقٌ إِلَيْكِ خَيْرًا‏.‏ أَوْ نَحْوَ هَذَا‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ يُعَرِّضُ وَلاَ يَبُوحُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِي حَاجَةً وَأَبْشِرِي، وَأَنْتِ بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ نَافِقَةٌ‏.‏ وَتَقُولُ هِيَ قَدْ أَسْمَعُ مَا تَقُولُ‏.‏ وَلاَ تَعِدُ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يُوَاعِدُ وَلِيُّهَا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمِهَا، وَإِنْ وَاعَدَتْ رَجُلاً فِي عِدَّتِهَا ثُمَّ نَكَحَهَا بَعْدُ لَمْ يُفَرَّقْ بَيْنَهُمَا‏.‏ وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ ‏<A id=\"q25\" name=\"q25\" href=\"javascript:openquran(1,235,235)\"><c_q25>{‏لاَ تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرًّا‏}</c_q25></a>‏ الزِّنَا‏.‏ وَيُذْكَرُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ‏{‏الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ‏}‏ تَنْقَضِي الْعِدَّةُ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"waqaala liy talqun haddathanaa zaa'idahu، 'an mansuwrin، 'an mujaahidin، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، ‏{‏fiymaa 'arradtum‏}‏ yaquwlu 'inniy 'uriydu alttazwiyja، walawadidtu 'annahu tayassara liy amra'ahun saalihahun‏.‏ waqaala alqaasimu yaquwlu 'innaki 'alayya kariymahun، wa'inniy fiyki laraaghibun، wa'inna alllaha lasaa'iqun 'ilayki khayrana‏.‏ 'aw nahwa hadhaa‏.‏ waqaala 'ataa'un yu'arridu walaa yabuwhu yaquwlu 'inna liy haajahan wa'abshiriy، wa'anti bihamdi alllahi naafiqahun‏.‏ wataquwlu hiya qad 'asma'u maa taquwlu‏.‏ walaa ta'idu shay'ana walaa yuwaa'idu waliyyuhaa bighayri 'ilmihaa، wa'in waa'adat rajulaan fiy 'iddatihaa thumma nakahahaa ba'du lam yufarraq baynahumaa‏.‏ waqaala alhasanu ‏<A id=\"q25\" name=\"q25\" href=\"javascript:openquran(1,235,235)\"><c_q25>{‏laa tuwaa'iduwhunna sirrana‏}</c_q25></a>‏ alzzinaa‏.‏ wayudhkaru 'ani abni 'abbaasin ‏{‏alkitaabu 'ajalahu‏}‏ tanqadiy al'iddahu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":47952,"english_bab_name":"\"And there is no sin on you if you make a hint of betrothal or conceal it in yourself...\"","english_text":"Ibn `Abbas said:\n\n<p>\n\"Hint your intention of marrying' is made by \nsaying (to the widow) for example: \"I want to marry, and I wish that Allah will make a righteous lady \navailable for me.' \" Al-Qasim said: One may say to the widow: 'I hold all respect for you, and I am \ninterested in you; Allah will bring you much good, or something similar 'Ata said: One should hint his \nintention, and should not declare it openly. One may say: 'I have some need. Have good tidings. Praise \nbe to Allah; you are fit to remarry.' She (the widow) may say in reply: I am listening to what you say,' \nbut she should not make a promise. Her guardian should not make a promise (to somebody to get her \nmarried to him) without her knowledge. But if, while still in the Iddat period, she makes a promise to \nmarry somebody, and he ultimately marries her, they are not to be separated by divorce (i.e., the \nmarriage is valid).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
