{"id":3444,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"64","bab_id":60.0,"english_bab_number":"60","arabic_bab_number":"60","hadith_number":"4347","our_hadith_number":374,"arabic_urn":139760,"arabic_bab_name":"باب بَعْثُ أَبِي مُوسَى وَمُعَاذٍ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ قَبْلَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ","arabic_text":"إِنَّكَ سَتَأْتِي قَوْمًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ، فَإِذَا جِئْتَهُمْ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى أَنْ يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، فَإِنْ هُمْ طَاعُوا لَكَ بِذَلِكَ فَأَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ، فَإِنْ هُمْ طَاعُوا لَكَ بِذَلِكَ، فَأَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلَيْكُمْ صَدَقَةً، تُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ، فَتُرَدُّ عَلَى فُقَرَائِهِمْ، فَإِنْ هُمْ طَاعُوا لَكَ بِذَلِكَ، فَإِيَّاكَ وَكَرَائِمَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ، وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ حِجَابٌ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"'innaka sata'tiy qawmana min 'ahli alkitaabi، fa'idhaa ji'tahum faad'uhum 'ilay 'an yashhaduwa 'an laa 'ilaha 'ilaaa alllahu، wa'anna muhammadana rasuwlu alllahi، fa'in hum taa'uwa laka bidhalika fa'akhbirhum 'anna alllaha qad farada 'alayhim khamsa salawaatin fiy kulli yawmin walaylahin، fa'in hum taa'uwa laka bidhalika، fa'akhbirhum 'anna alllaha qad farada 'alaykum sadaqahan، tu'khadhu min 'aghniyaa'ihim، faturaddu 'alay fuqaraa'ihim، fa'in hum taa'uwa laka bidhalika، fa'iyyaaka wakaraa'ima 'amwaalihim، waattaqi da'waha almazluwmi fa'innahu laysa baynahu wabayna alllahi hijaabun ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":40400,"english_bab_name":"Sending Abu Musa and Mu'adh to Yemen","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Ibn `Abbas:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle said to Mu`adh bin Jabal when he sent him to Yemen. \"You will come to the people of \nScripture, and when you reach them, invite them to testify that none has the right to be worshipped \nexcept Allah and that Muhammad is His Apostle. And if they obey you in that, then tell them that \nAllah has enjoined on them five prayers to be performed every day and night. And if they obey you in \nthat, then tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Sadaqa (i.e. rak`at) to be taken from the rich \namongst them and given to the poor amongst them. And if they obey you in that, then be cautious! \nDon't take their best properties (as Zakat) and be afraid of the curse of an oppressed person as there is \nno screen between his invocation and Allah.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
