{"id":34254,"collection_id":7,"collection":"forty","collection_name":"40 Hadith an-Nawawi","book_number":"2","bab_id":1.0,"english_bab_number":null,"arabic_bab_number":null,"hadith_number":"34","our_hadith_number":34,"arabic_urn":1510340,"arabic_bab_name":null,"arabic_text":"عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَ سَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى : يَا ابْنَ ادَمَ ، إِنَّكَ مَا دَعَوْتََنِي وَرَجَوْتَنِي ، غَفَرْتُ لَكَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ مِنْكَ وَلَا أُبالِي . يا ابْنَ ادَمَ :لَوْ بَلَغَتْ ذُنُوبُكَ عَنانَ السَّماءِ ثُم َّ اسْتَغْفَرْتَني ، غَفَرْتُ لَكَ . يَا ابْنَ ادَمَ : إِنَّكَ لَوْ أَتَيْتَنِي بِقُرَابِ الأَرْضِ خَطَايا ثُمَّ لَقِيتَني لَا تُشْرِكُ بِي شَيْأً ، لَأَتيْتُكَ بِقُرَابِها مَغْفِرَةً رواهُ الترمذي (وكذلك أحمد) وسنده حسن","arabic_transliteration":"'an 'anasin radiya allhu 'anhu ، qaala : sami'tu rasuwla allhi sallay allh 'alayhi wa sallama ، yaquwlu : qaala allhu ta'aalay : yaa abna adama ، 'innaka maa da'awtaaniy warajawtaniy ، ghafartu laka 'alay maa kaana minka walaa 'ubaliy . ya abna adama :law balaghat dhunuwbuka 'anana alssama'i thum a astaghfartany ، ghafartu laka . yaa abna adama : 'innaka law 'ataytaniy biquraabi al'ardi khataaya thumma laqiytany laa tushriku biy shay'an ، la'atytuka biquraabiha maghfirahan rwahu altrmdhy (wkdhlk 'hmd) wsndh hsn","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1410340,"english_bab_name":null,"english_text":"On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say: Allah the Almighty said:\nO son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.\n\nIt was related by at-Tirmidhi (also by Ahmad ibn Hanbal).
