{"id":3357,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"64","bab_id":43.0,"english_bab_number":"43","arabic_bab_number":"43","hadith_number":"4252","our_hadith_number":287,"arabic_urn":138830,"arabic_bab_name":"باب عُمْرَةُ الْقَضَاءِ","arabic_text":"خَرَجَ مُعْتَمِرًا، فَحَالَ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ، فَنَحَرَ هَدْيَهُ، وَحَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، وَقَاضَاهُمْ عَلَى أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ الْعَامَ الْمُقْبِلَ، وَلاَ يَحْمِلَ سِلاَحًا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلاَّ سُيُوفًا، وَلاَ يُقِيمَ بِهَا إِلاَّ مَا أَحَبُّوا، فَاعْتَمَرَ مِنَ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ، فَدَخَلَهَا كَمَا كَانَ صَالَحَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا أَنْ أَقَامَ بِهَا ثَلاَثًا أَمَرُوهُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ، فَخَرَجَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"kharaja mu'tamirana، fahaala kuffaaru qurayshin baynahu wabayna albayti، fanahara hadyahu، wahalaqa ra'sahu bialhudaybiyahi، waqaadaahum 'alay 'an ya'tamira al'aama almuqbila، walaa yahmila silaahana 'alayhim 'ilaaa suyuwfana، walaa yuqiyma bihaa 'ilaaa maa 'ahabbuwa، faa'tamara mina al'aami almuqbili، fadakhalahaa kamaa kaana saalahahum، falammaa 'an 'aqaama bihaa thalaathana 'amaruwhu 'an yakhruja، fakharaja‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":39600,"english_bab_name":"‘'Umra Al-Qada’","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Ibn `Umar:\n\n<p>Allah's Apostle set out with the intention of performing `Umra, but the infidels of Quraish intervened \nbetween him and the Ka`ba, so the Prophet slaughtered his Hadi (i.e. sacrificing animals and shaved \nhis head at Al-Hudaibiya and concluded a peace treaty with them (i.e. the infidels) on condition that \nhe would perform the `Umra the next year and that he would not carry arms against them except \nswords, and would not stay (in Mecca) more than what they would allow. So the Prophet performed \nthe `Umra in the following year and according to the peace treaty, he entered Mecca, and when he had \nstayed there for three days, the infidels ordered him to leave, and he left.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
