{"id":32561,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"23","bab_id":5.0,"english_bab_number":"5","arabic_bab_number":"5","hadith_number":"2726","our_hadith_number":8,"arabic_urn":1328310,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الْكَلاَلَةِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ الْيَعْمُرِيِّ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، قَامَ خَطِيبًا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ أَوْ خَطَبَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ إِنِّي وَاللَّهِ مَا أَدَعُ بَعْدِي شَيْئًا هُوَ أَهَمُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْكَلاَلَةِ وَقَدْ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَمَا أَغْلَظَ لِي فِي شَىْءٍ مَا أَغْلَظَ لِي فِيهَا حَتَّى طَعَنَ بِإِصْبَعِهِ فِي جَنْبِي أَوْ فِي صَدْرِي ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ يَا عُمَرُ تَكْفِيكَ آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ الَّتِي نَزَلَتْ فِي آخِرِ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abuw bakri bnu 'abiy shaybaha، haddathanaa 'ismaa'iylu abnu 'ulayyaha، 'an sa'iydin، 'an qataadaha، 'an saalimi bni 'abiy alja'di، 'an ma'daana bni 'abiy talhaha alya'muriyyi، 'anna 'umara bna alkhattaabi، qaama khatiybana yawma aljumu'ahi 'aw khatabahum yawma aljumu'ahi fahamida alllaha wa'athnay 'alayhi waqaala 'inniy waalllahi maa 'ada'u ba'diy shay'ana huwa 'ahammu 'ilayya min 'amri alkalaalahi waqad sa'altu rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm famaa 'aghlaza liy fiy shay'in maa 'aghlaza liy fiyhaa hattay ta'ana bi'isba'ihi fiy janbiy 'aw fiy sadriy thumma qaala ‏\"‏ yaa 'umaru takfiyka 'aayahu alssayfi allatiy nazalat fiy 'aakhiri suwrahi alnnisaa'i ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1271940,"english_bab_name":"One who leaves behind no heir","english_text":"It was\nnarrated from Ma’dan bin Abu Talhah Al-Ya’muri that ‘Umar bin\nKhattab stood up to deliver a sermon one Friday, or he addressed them\none Friday. He praised and glorified Allah, and said: “By Allah, I\nam\nnot leaving behind any problem more difficult than the one who\nleaves\nbehind an heir. I asked the Messenger of Allah (saw), and he\nnever\nspoke so harshly to me about anything as he spoke to me about\nthis.
