{"id":32316,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"16","bab_id":20.0,"english_bab_number":"20","arabic_bab_number":"20.00","hadith_number":"2483","our_hadith_number":48,"arabic_urn":1325770,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الشُّرْبِ مِنَ الأَوْدِيَةِ وَمِقْدَارِ حَبْسِ الْمَاءِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغَلِّسِ، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى فِي شُرْبِ النَّخْلِ مِنَ السَّيْلِ أَنَّ الأَعْلَى فَالأَعْلَى يَشْرَبُ قَبْلَ الأَسْفَلِ وَيُتْرَكُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرْسَلُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الأَسْفَلِ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَكَذَلِكَ حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ الْحَوَائِطُ أَوْ يَفْنَى الْمَاءُ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abuw almughallisi، haddathanaa fudaylu bnu sulaymaana، haddathanaa muwsay bnu 'uqbaha، 'an 'ishaaqa bni yahyay bni alwaliydi، 'an 'ubaadaha bni alssaamiti، 'anna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaday fiy shurbi alnnakhli mina alssayli 'anna al'a'lay faal'a'lay yashrabu qabla al'asfali wayutraku almaa'u 'ilay alka'bayni thumma yursalu almaa'u 'ilay al'asfali alladhiy yaliyhi wakadhalika hattay tanqadiya alhawaa'itu 'aw yafnay almaa'u ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1268010,"english_bab_name":"Irrigation From Rivers And How Much Water May Be Retained","english_text":"It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that :\nthe Messenger of Allah (SAW) ruled concerning the irrigation of palm trees from streams, that the higher ground should be irrigated before the lower, and that the water should be allowed to reach the ankles, then released to flow the nearest lower ground, and so on, until all the fields were watered or until the water ran out.","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
