{"id":32248,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"15","bab_id":13.0,"english_bab_number":"13","arabic_bab_number":"13.00","hadith_number":"2415","our_hadith_number":26,"arabic_urn":1325090,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَعَلَى اللَّهِ وَعَلَى رَسُولِهِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَلَيْهِ الدَّيْنُ فَيَسْأَلُ ‏\"‏ هَلْ تَرَكَ لِدَيْنِهِ مِنْ قَضَاءٍ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَإِنْ قَالُوا نَعَمْ ‏.‏ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ قَالُوا لاَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ صَلُّوا عَلَى صَاحِبِكُمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ الْفُتُوحَ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَنَا أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ فَمَنْ تُوُفِّيَ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَعَلَىَّ قَضَاؤُهُ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَهُوَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'ahmadu bnu 'amriw bni alssarhi almisriyyu، haddathanaa 'abdu alllahi bnu wahbin، 'akhbaraniy yuwnusu، 'ani abni shihaabin، 'an 'abiy salamaha، 'an 'abiy hurayraha، 'anna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana yaquwlu 'idhaa tuwuffiya almu'minu fiy 'ahdi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'alayhi alddaynu fayas'alu ‏\"‏ hal taraka lidaynihi min qadaa'in ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fa'in qaaluwa na'am ‏.‏ sallay 'alayhi wa'in qaaluwa laa ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ salluwa 'alay saahibikum ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ falammaa fataha alllahu 'alay rasuwlihi alfutuwha qaala ‏\"‏ 'anaa 'awlay bialmu'miniyna min 'anfusihim faman tuwuffiya wa'alayhi daynun fa'alayya qadaa'uhu waman taraka maalaan fahuwa liwarathatihi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1267330,"english_bab_name":"If A Man Leaves Behind A Debt Or Children, Then Allah (SWT) And His Messenger Are Respon","english_text":"It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:\nif a believer died at the time of the Messenger of Allah (SAW) and he had debts, the Messenger of Allah (SAW) would ask: “Did he leave anything with which to off his debt?” If they said yes, then he would offer  the funeral prayer for him, but if they said no, then he would say: “Pray for your companion.” When Allah granted his Prophet (SAW) the conquests, he said: “I am nearer to the believers than their own selves. Whoever dies owing a debt, I will pay it off for him, and whoever leaves behind wealth, it will be for his heirs.”","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
