{"id":32114,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"12","bab_id":59.0,"english_bab_number":"59","arabic_bab_number":"59.00","hadith_number":"2281","our_hadith_number":145,"arabic_urn":1323680,"arabic_bab_name":"باب السَّلَفِ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلاَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلاَمٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ إِنَّ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ أَسْلَمُوا - لِقَوْمٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ - وَإِنَّهُمْ قَدْ جَاعُوا فَأَخَافُ أَنْ يَرْتَدُّوا ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏\"‏ مَنْ عِنْدَهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ عِنْدِي كَذَا وَكَذَا - لِشَىْءٍ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ أُرَاهُ قَالَ ثَلاَثُمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ بِسِعْرِ كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنْ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏\"‏ بِسِعْرِ كَذَا وَكَذَا إِلَى أَجَلِ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَلَيْسَ مِنْ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلاَنٍ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa ya'quwbu bnu humaydi bni kaasibin، haddathanaa alwaliydu bnu muslimin، 'an muhammadi bni hamzaha bni yuwsufa bni 'abdi alllahi bni salaamin، 'an 'abiyhi، 'an jaddihi 'abdi alllahi bni salaamin، qaala jaa'a rajulun 'ilay alnnabiyyi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  faqaala 'inna baniy fulaanin 'aslamuwa - liqawmin mina alyahuwdi - wa'innahum qad jaa'uwa fa'akhaafu 'an yartadduwa ‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu  sly allh 'lyh wslm  ‏\"‏ man 'indahu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ faqaala rajulun mina alyahuwdi 'indiy kadhaa wakadhaa - lishay'in qad sammaahu 'uraahu qaala thalaathumia'ahi diynaarin bisi'ri kadhaa wakadhaa min haa'iti baniy fulaanin ‏.‏ faqaala rasuwlu alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  ‏\"‏ bisi'ri kadhaa wakadhaa 'ilay 'ajali kadhaa wakadhaa walaysa min haa'iti baniy fulaanin ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1265990,"english_bab_name":"Payment In Advance For A Known Amount Or A Known Weight To Be Delivered At A Known Time","english_text":"It was narrated from Muhammad bin Hamzah bin Yusuf bin 'Abdullah bin Salam, from his father, that his grandfather 'Abdullah bin Salam said:\n\"A man came to the Prophet (SAW) and said, 'The tribe of Banu so-and- so, who were descended from the Jews, have become Muslim, and they are starving, and I am afraid that they may apostatize.' The Prophet (SAW) said:  'Who has something with him?' A Jewish man said: 'I have such and such, and he named it, and I think he said three hundred Dinar for such and such 'an amount (of produce) from the garden of the tribe of Banu so-and-so.' The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'For such and such a price at such and such a time, but not from the garden of the tribe of Banu so-and- so.\"'","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
