{"id":32040,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"12","bab_id":30.0,"english_bab_number":"30","arabic_bab_number":"30.00","hadith_number":"2207","our_hadith_number":71,"arabic_urn":1322920,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَا جَاءَ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ الأَيْمَانِ فِي الشِّرَاءِ وَالْبَيْعِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏\"‏ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَضْلِ مَاءٍ بِالْفَلاَةِ يَمْنَعُهُ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ رَجُلاً سِلْعَةً بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَحَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ لأَخَذَهَا بِكَذَا وَكَذَا فَصَدَّقَهُ وَهُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا لاَ يُبَايِعُهُ إِلاَّ لِدُنْيَا فَإِنْ أَعْطَاهُ مِنْهَا وَفَى لَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ مِنْهَا لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abuw bakri bnu 'abiy shaybaha، wa'aliyyu bnu muhammadin، wa'ahmadu bnu sinaanin، qaaluwa haddathanaa 'abuw mu'aawiyaha، 'ani al'a'mashi، 'an 'abiy saalihin، 'an 'abiy hurayraha، qaala qaala rasuwlu alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  ‏\"‏ thalaathahun laa yukallimuhumu alllahu 'azza wajalla yawma alqiyaamahi walaa yanzuru 'ilayhim walaa yuzakkiyhim walahum 'adhaabun 'aliymun rajulun 'alay fadli maa'in bialfalaahi yamna'uhu abna alssabiyli warajulun baaya'a rajulaan sil'ahan ba'da al'asri fahalafa bialllahi l'akhadhahaa bikadhaa wakadhaa fasaddaqahu wahuwa 'alay ghayri dhalika warajulun baaya'a 'imaamana laa yubaayi'uhu 'ilaaa lidunyaa fa'in 'a'taahu minhaa wafay lahu wa'in lam yu'tihi minhaa lam yafi lahu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1265260,"english_bab_name":"What Was Narrated About It Being Disliked To Swear Oaths When Buying And Selling","english_text":"It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:\n\"There are three to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them or purify them, and theirs will be a painful torment: A man who has surplus water in the desert but refuses to give any to a wayfarer; a man who sells a product to a man after 'Asr and swears by Allah that he bought it for such and such amount, and he believes him, when that is not the case; and a man who swears allegiance to a ruler, and only does so for worldly gains, so if he gives him some of (these worldly benefits) he fulfills his oath of allegiance, and if he is not given anything he does not uphold his oath of allegiance. \"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
