{"id":31969,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"11","bab_id":21.0,"english_bab_number":"21","arabic_bab_number":"21","hadith_number":"2136","our_hadith_number":47,"arabic_urn":1322191,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَنْ خَلَطَ فِي نَذْرِهِ طَاعَةً بِمَعْصِيَةٍ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ بِمَكَّةَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فِي الشَّمْسِ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ مَا هَذَا ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا نَذَرَ أَنْ يَصُومَ وَلاَ يَسْتَظِلَّ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ وَلاَ يَتَكَلَّمَ وَلاَ يَزَالَ قَائِمًا ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ لِيَتَكَلَّمْ وَلْيَسْتَظِلَّ وَلْيَجْلِسْ وَلْيُتِمَّ صِيَامَهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَنَبَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلاَءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، عَنْ وُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَحْوَهُ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ ‏.‏ </bdo>","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu yahyay، haddathanaa 'ishaaqu bnu muhammadin alfarwiyyu، haddathanaa 'abdu alllahi bnu 'umara، 'an 'ubaydi alllahi bni 'umara، 'an 'ataa'in، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، 'anna rasuwla alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  marra birajulin bimakkaha wahuwa qaa'imun fiy alshshamsi faqaala ‏\"‏ maa hadhaa ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaaluwa nadhara 'an yasuwma walaa yastazilla 'ilay alllayli walaa yatakallama walaa yazaala qaa'imana ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ liyatakallam walyastazilla walyajlis walyutimma siyaamahu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ haddathanaa alhusaynu bnu muhammadi bni shanabaha alwaasitiyyu، haddathanaa al'alaa'u bnu 'abdi aljabbaari، 'an wuhaybin، 'an 'ayyuwba، 'an 'ikrimaha، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، 'ani alnnabiyyi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  nahwahu waalllahu 'a'lamu ‏.‏ </bdo>","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1264550,"english_bab_name":"One who mixes obedience and sin in his vow","english_text":"It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that the  :\nMessenger of Allah (SAW) passed by a man in Makkah who was standing in the sun. He said: \"What is this?\" They said: \"He vowed to fast and not to seek shade until night comes, and not to speak, and to remain standing.\" He said: \"Let him speak and seek shade and let him sit down, but let him complete his fast.\"Another chain from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet (SAW), with similar wording. expiation for breaking an oath.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
