{"id":31861,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"10","bab_id":7.0,"english_bab_number":"7","arabic_bab_number":"7","hadith_number":"2028","our_hadith_number":13,"arabic_urn":1321070,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الْحَامِلِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَلَّتْ لِلأَزْوَاجِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، وَعَمْرِو بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، أَنَّهُمَا كَتَبَا إِلَى سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ يَسْأَلاَنِهَا عَنْ أَمْرِهَا، فَكَتَبَتْ إِلَيْهِمَا إِنَّهَا وَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِخَمْسَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ فَتَهَيَّأَتْ تَطْلُبُ الْخَيْرَ فَمَرَّ بِهَا أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ بْنُ بَعْكَكٍ فَقَالَ قَدْ أَسْرَعْتِ اعْتَدِّي آخِرَ الأَجَلَيْنِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا ‏.‏ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ اسْتَغْفِرْ لِي ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ وَمِمَّ ذَاكَ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنْ وَجَدْتِ زَوْجًا صَالِحًا فَتَزَوَّجِي ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abuw bakri bnu 'abiy shaybaha، haddathanaa 'aliyyu bnu mushirin، 'an daawuda bni 'abiy hindin، 'ani alshsha'biyyi، 'an masruwqin، wa'amriw bni 'utbaha، 'annahumaa katabaa 'ilay subay'aha binti alhaarithi yas'alaanihaa 'an 'amrihaa، fakatabat 'ilayhimaa 'innahaa wada'at ba'da wafaahi zawjihaa bikhamsahin wa'ishriyna fatahayya'at tatlubu alkhayra famarra bihaa 'abuw alssanaabili bnu ba'kakin faqaala qad 'asra'ti a'taddiy 'aakhira al'ajalayni 'arba'aha 'ashhurin wa'ashrana ‏.‏ fa'ataytu alnnabiyya  sly allh 'lyh wslm  faqultu yaa rasuwla alllahi astaghfir liy ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ wamimma dhaaka ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fa'akhbartuhu ‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ 'in wajadti zawjana saalihana fatazawwajiy ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1263470,"english_bab_name":"When a pregnant widow gives birth, it is permissible for her to remarry","english_text":"It was narrated that Masruq and 'Amr bin 'Utbah wrote to Subai'ah bint Harith, asking about her case.:\nShe wrote to them saying that she gave birth twenty-five days after her husband died. Then she prepared herself, seeking to remarry. Abu Sanabil bin Ba'kak passed by her and said: \"You are in a hurry; observe waiting period for the longer period, four months and ten days.\" \"So I went to the Prophet (SAW) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, (SAW) pray for forgiveness for me.' He said: 'Why is that.” I told him (what had happened). He said: 'If you find a righteous husband then marry him.\"'","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
