{"id":30385,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"1","bab_id":86.0,"english_bab_number":"86","arabic_bab_number":"86","hadith_number":"552","our_hadith_number":286,"arabic_urn":1305940,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّوْقِيتِ فِي الْمَسْحِ لِلْمُقِيمِ وَالْمُسَافِرِ ‏","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ الْمَسْحِ، عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ فَقَالَتِ ائْتِ عَلِيًّا فَسَلْهُ فَإِنَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِذَلِكَ مِنِّي ‏.‏ فَأَتَيْتُ عَلِيًّا فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَسْحِ فَقَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَمْسَحَ لِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً وَلِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu bashshaarin، haddathanaa muhammadu bnu ja'farin، haddathanaa shu'bahu، 'ani alhakami، qaala sami'tu alqaasima bna mukhaymiraha، 'an shurayhi bni haani'in، qaala sa'altu 'aa'ishaha 'ani almashi، 'alay alkhuffayni faqaalati a'ti 'aliyyana fasalhu fa'innahu 'a'lamu bidhalika minniy ‏.‏ fa'ataytu 'aliyyana fasa'altuhu 'ani almashi faqaala kaana rasuwlu alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  ya'murunaa 'an namsaha lilmuqiymi yawmana walaylahan walilmusaafiri thalaathaha 'ayyaamin ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1255510,"english_bab_name":"What was narrated concerning the period of wiping for residents and travelers","english_text":"It was narrated that Shuraih bin Hani' said:\n\"I asked 'Aishah about wiping over the leather socks and she said: 'Go to 'Ali and ask him, for he knows more about that than I do.' So I went to 'Ali and asked him about wiping.
