{"id":3038,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"63","bab_id":45.0,"english_bab_number":"45","arabic_bab_number":"45","hadith_number":"3915","our_hadith_number":140,"arabic_urn":135500,"arabic_bab_name":"باب هِجْرَةُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَصْحَابِهِ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ","arabic_text":"هَلْ يَسُرُّكَ إِسْلاَمُنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهِجْرَتُنَا مَعَهُ، وَجِهَادُنَا مَعَهُ، وَعَمَلُنَا كُلُّهُ مَعَهُ، بَرَدَ لَنَا، وَأَنَّ كُلَّ عَمَلٍ عَمِلْنَاهُ بَعْدَهُ نَجَوْنَا مِنْهُ كَفَافًا رَأْسًا بِرَأْسٍ فَقَالَ أَبِي لاَ وَاللَّهِ، قَدْ جَاهَدْنَا بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَصَلَّيْنَا، وَصُمْنَا، وَعَمِلْنَا خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا، وَأَسْلَمَ عَلَى أَيْدِينَا بَشَرٌ كَثِيرٌ، وَإِنَّا لَنَرْجُو ذَلِكَ‏.‏ فَقَالَ أَبِي لَكِنِّي أَنَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ عُمَرَ بِيَدِهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ بَرَدَ لَنَا، وَأَنَّ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ عَمِلْنَاهُ بَعْدُ نَجَوْنَا مِنْهُ كَفَافًا رَأْسًا بِرَأْسٍ‏.‏ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَبَاكَ وَاللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَبِي‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"hal yasurruka 'islaamunaa ma'a rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wahijratunaa ma'ahu، wajihaadunaa ma'ahu، wa'amalunaa kulluhu ma'ahu، barada lanaa، wa'anna kulla 'amalin 'amilnaahu ba'dahu najawnaa minhu kafaafana ra'sana bira'sin faqaala 'abiy laa waalllahi، qad jaahadnaa ba'da rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wasallaynaa، wasumnaa، wa'amilnaa khayrana kathiyrana، wa'aslama 'alay 'aydiynaa basharun kathiyrun، wa'innaa lanarjuw dhalika‏.‏ faqaala 'abiy lakinniy 'anaa waalladhiy nafsu 'umara biyadihi lawadidtu 'anna dhalika barada lanaa، wa'anna kulla shay'in 'amilnaahu ba'du najawnaa minhu kafaafana ra'sana bira'sin‏.‏ faqultu 'inna 'abaaka waalllahi khayrun min 'abiy‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":36600,"english_bab_name":"The emigration of the Prophet (saws) to Al-Madina","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Burda Bin Abi Musa Al-Ash`ari:\n\n<p>`Abdullah bin `Umar said to me, \"Do you know what my father said to your father once?\" I said, \n\"No.\" He said, \"My father said to your father, 'O Abu Musa, will it please you that we will be \nrewarded for our conversion to Islam with Allah's Apostle and our migration with him, and our Jihad \nwith him and all our good deeds which we did, with him, and that all the deeds we did after his death \nwill be disregarded whether good or bad?' Your father (i.e. Abu Musa) said, 'No, by Allah, we took \npart in Jihad after Allah's Apostle , prayed and did plenty of good deeds, and many people have \nembraced Islam at our hands, and no doubt, we expect rewards from Allah for these good deeds.' On \nthat my father (i.e. `Umar) said, 'As for myself, By Him in Whose Hand `Umar's soul is, I wish that \nthe deeds done by us at the time of the Prophet remain rewardable while whatsoever we did after the \ndeath of the Prophet be enough to save us from Punishment in that the good deeds compensate for the \nbad ones.' \" On that I said (to Ibn `Umar), \"By Allah, your father was better than my father!\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
