{"id":3017,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"63","bab_id":44.0,"english_bab_number":"44","arabic_bab_number":"44","hadith_number":"3894","our_hadith_number":119,"arabic_urn":135290,"arabic_bab_name":"باب تَزْوِيجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَائِشَةَ وَقُدُومُهَا الْمَدِينَةَ وَبِنَاؤُهُ بِهَا","arabic_text":"تَزَوَّجَنِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ، فَقَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَنَزَلْنَا فِي بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ خَزْرَجٍ، فَوُعِكْتُ فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعَرِي فَوَفَى جُمَيْمَةً، فَأَتَتْنِي أُمِّي أُمُّ رُومَانَ وَإِنِّي لَفِي أُرْجُوحَةٍ وَمَعِي صَوَاحِبُ لِي، فَصَرَخَتْ بِي فَأَتَيْتُهَا لاَ أَدْرِي مَا تُرِيدُ بِي فَأَخَذَتْ بِيَدِي حَتَّى أَوْقَفَتْنِي عَلَى باب الدَّارِ، وَإِنِّي لأَنْهَجُ، حَتَّى سَكَنَ بَعْضُ نَفَسِي، ثُمَّ أَخَذَتْ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَمَسَحَتْ بِهِ وَجْهِي وَرَأْسِي ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَتْنِي الدَّارَ فَإِذَا نِسْوَةٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَقُلْنَ عَلَى الْخَيْرِ وَالْبَرَكَةِ، وَعَلَى خَيْرِ طَائِرٍ‏.‏ فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِنَّ فَأَصْلَحْنَ مِنْ شَأْنِي، فَلَمْ يَرُعْنِي إِلاَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ضُحًى، فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِ، وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"tazawwajaniy alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'anaa bintu sitti siniyna، faqadimnaa almadiynaha fanazalnaa fiy baniy alhaarithi bni khazrajin، fawu'iktu fatamarraqa sha'ariy fawafay jumaymahan، fa'atatniy 'ummiy 'ummu ruwmaana wa'inniy lafiy 'urjuwhahin wama'iy sawaahibu liy، fasarakhat biy fa'ataytuhaa laa 'adriy maa turiydu biy fa'akhadhat biyadiy hattay 'awqafatniy 'alay bab alddaari، wa'inniy l'anhaju، hattay sakana ba'du nafasiy، thumma 'akhadhat shay'ana min maa'in famasahat bihi wajhiy wara'siy thumma 'adkhalatniy alddaara fa'idhaa niswahun mina al'ansaari fiy albayti faqulna 'alay alkhayri waalbarakahi، wa'alay khayri taa'irin‏.‏ fa'aslamatniy 'ilayhinna fa'aslahna min sha'niy، falam yaru'niy 'ilaaa rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm duhany، fa'aslamatniy 'ilayhi، wa'anaa yawma'idhin bintu tis'i siniyna‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":36400,"english_bab_name":"Marriage of the Prophet (saws) with ‘Aishah  رضي الله عنها","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Aisha:\n\n<p>The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home \nof Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and \nmy mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She \ncalled me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand \nand made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became \nAllright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. \nThere in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, \"Best wishes and Allah's Blessing and a good \nluck.\" Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah's \nApostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a \ngirl of nine years of age.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
