{"id":30156,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"1","bab_id":18.0,"english_bab_number":"18","arabic_bab_number":"18","hadith_number":"323","our_hadith_number":57,"arabic_urn":1303431,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الرُّخْصَةِ فِي ذَلِكَ فِي الْكُنُفِ وَإِبَاحَتِهِ دُونَ الصَّحَارَى","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عِيسَى الْحَنَّاطِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي كَنِيفِهِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ ‏. ‏ قَالَ عِيسَى فَقُلْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَصَدَقَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَمَّا قَوْلُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَ فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ لاَ يَسْتَقْبِلِ الْقِبْلَةَ وَلاَ يَسْتَدْبِرْهَا وَأَمَّا قَوْلُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَإِنَّ الْكَنِيفَ لَيْسَ فِيهِ قِبْلَةٌ اسْتَقْبِلْ فِيهِ حَيْثُ شِئْتَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu yahyay، haddathanaa 'ubaydu alllahi bnu muwsay، 'an 'iysay alhannaati، 'an naafi'in، 'ani abni 'umara، qaala ra'aytu rasuwla alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  fiy kaniyfihi mustaqbila alqiblahi ‏. ‏ qaala 'iysay faqultu dhalika lilshsha'biyyi faqaala sadaqa abnu 'umara wasadaqa 'abuw hurayraha 'ammaa qawlu 'abiy hurayraha faqaala fiy alssahraa'i laa yastaqbili alqiblaha walaa yastadbirhaa wa'ammaa qawlu abni 'umara fa'inna alkaniyfa laysa fiyhi qiblahun astaqbil fiyhi haythu shi'ta ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw alhasani bnu salamaha wahaddathanaa 'abuw haatimin، haddathanaa 'ubaydu alllahi bnu muwsay، fadhakara nahwahu ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1253220,"english_bab_name":"Permission concerning that in the toilet with walls and its permissiblity, not in deserts","english_text":"It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:\n\"I saw the Messenger of Allah in his (constructed) toilet, facing towards the Qiblah.\" (Da'if)\n(One of the narrators) 'Eisa said: \"I told that to Sha'bi, and he said: 'Ibn 'Umar spoke the truth. As for the words of Abu Hurairah, he said: \"In the desert do not face the Qiblah nor turn one's back towards it.\" As for the words of Ibn 'Umar, he said: \"In the (constructed) toilet there is no Qiblah so turn in whatever direction you want.\"\n\nAnother chain with similar wording.","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
