{"id":30137,"collection_id":6,"collection":"ibnmajah","collection_name":"Sunan Ibn Majah","book_number":"1","bab_id":12.0,"english_bab_number":"12","arabic_bab_number":"12","hadith_number":"304","our_hadith_number":38,"arabic_urn":1303220,"arabic_bab_name":"باب كَرَاهِيَةِ الْبَوْلِ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏\"‏ لاَ يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَاجَهْ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيَّ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا هَذَا فِي الْحَفِيرَةِ فَأَمَّا الْيَوْمَ فَلاَ ‏.‏ فَمُغْتَسَلاَتُهُمُ الْجَصُّ وَالصَّارُوجُ وَالْقِيرُ فَإِذَا بَالَ فَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu yahyay، haddathanaa 'abdu alrrazzaaqi، 'anba'anaa ma'marun، 'an 'ash'atha bni 'abdi alllahi، 'ani alhasani، 'an 'abdi alllahi bni mughaffalin، qaala qaala rasuwlu alllahi  sly allh 'lyh wslm  ‏\"‏ laa yabuwlanna 'ahadukum fiy mustahammihi fa'inna 'aammaha alwaswaasi minhu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw 'abdi alllahi bnu maajah sami'tu 'aliyya bna muhammadin alttanaafisiyya yaquwlu 'innamaa hadhaa fiy alhafiyrahi fa'ammaa alyawma falaa ‏.‏ famughtasalaatuhumu aljassu waalssaaruwju waalqiyru fa'idhaa baala fa'arsala 'alayhi almaa'a laa ba'sa bihi ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"","english_urn":1253030,"english_bab_name":"It is undesirable (Makruh) to urinate in the place for washing","english_text":"It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Mughaffal said:\n\"The Messenger of Allah said: 'None of you should urinate in his wash area for most of the insinuating thoughts come from that.'\" (Da'if)\n\nAbu 'Abdullah bin Majah said: (\"Abul-Hasan said: 'I heard Muhammed bin Yazid saying:) ''Ali bin Muhammed At-Tanafisi said: 'This (prohibition) applies to cases where the ground (in the place used for washing) was soft. But nowadays this does not apply, because the baths you use now are built of plaster, Saruj and tar; so if a person urinates there then pours water over it, that clears it away, and that is fine.'\"","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
