{"id":2718,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"61","bab_id":25.0,"english_bab_number":"25","arabic_bab_number":"25","hadith_number":"3582","our_hadith_number":91,"arabic_urn":132120,"arabic_bab_name":"باب عَلاَمَاتِ النُّبُوَّةِ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ","arabic_text":"هَلَكَتِ الْكُرَاعُ، هَلَكَتِ الشَّاءُ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ يَسْقِينَا، فَمَدَّ يَدَيْهِ وَدَعَا‏.‏ قَالَ أَنَسٌ وَإِنَّ السَّمَاءَ لَمِثْلُ الزُّجَاجَةِ فَهَاجَتْ رِيحٌ أَنْشَأَتْ سَحَابًا ثُمَّ اجْتَمَعَ، ثُمَّ أَرْسَلَتِ السَّمَاءُ عَزَالِيَهَا، فَخَرَجْنَا نَخُوضُ الْمَاءَ حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا مَنَازِلَنَا، فَلَمْ نَزَلْ نُمْطَرُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ الأُخْرَى، فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ ـ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ ـ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، تَهَدَّمَتِ الْبُيُوتُ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ يَحْبِسْهُ‏.‏ فَتَبَسَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلاَ عَلَيْنَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَى السَّحَابِ تَصَدَّعَ حَوْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ كَأَنَّهُ إِكْلِيلٌ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"halakati alkuraa'u، halakati alshshaa'u، faad'u alllaha yasqiynaa، famadda yadayhi wada'aa‏.‏ qaala 'anasun wa'inna alssamaa'a lamithlu alzzujaajahi fahaajat riyhun 'ansha'at sahaabana thumma ajtama'a، thumma 'arsalati alssamaa'u 'azaaliyahaa، fakharajnaa nakhuwdu almaa'a hattay 'ataynaa manaazilanaa، falam nazal numtaru 'ilay aljumu'ahi al'ukhray، faqaama 'ilayhi dhalika alrrajulu  'aw ghayruhu  faqaala yaa rasuwla alllahi، tahaddamati albuyuwtu، faad'u alllaha yahbishu‏.‏ fatabassama thumma qaala ‏\"‏ hawaalaynaa walaa 'alaynaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ fanazartu 'ilay alssahaabi tasadda'a hawla almadiynahi ka'annahu 'ikliylun‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":33460,"english_bab_name":"The signs of Prophethood in Islam","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas:\n\n<p>Once during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle, the people of Medina suffered from drought. So while the \nProphet was delivering a sermon on a Friday a man got up saying, \"O Allah's Apostle! The horses and \nsheep have perished. Will you invoke Allah to bless us with rain?\" The Prophet lifted both his hands \nand invoked. The sky at that time was as clear as glass. Suddenly a wind blew, raising clouds that \ngathered together, and it started raining heavily. We came out (of the Mosque) wading through the \nflowing water till we reached our homes. It went on raining till the next Friday, when the same man or \nsome other man stood up and said, \"O Allah's Apostle! The houses have collapsed; please invoke \nAllah to withhold the rain.\" On that the Prophet smiled and said, \"O Allah, (let it rain) around us and \nnot on us.\" I then looked at the clouds to see them separating forming a sort of a crown round Medina.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
