{"id":2447,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"57","bab_id":15.0,"english_bab_number":"15","arabic_bab_number":"15","hadith_number":"3136","our_hadith_number":44,"arabic_urn":128520,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ وَمِنَ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْخُمُسَ لِنَوَائِبِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا سَأَلَ هَوَازِنُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَضَاعِهِ فِيهِمْ فَتَحَلَّلَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ","arabic_text":"بَلَغَنَا مَخْرَجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَنَحْنُ بِالْيَمَنِ فَخَرَجْنَا مُهَاجِرِينَ إِلَيْهِ، أَنَا وَأَخَوَانِ لِي، أَنَا أَصْغَرُهُمْ، أَحَدُهُمَا أَبُو بُرْدَةَ وَالآخَرُ أَبُو رُهْمٍ، إِمَّا قَالَ فِي بِضْعٍ، وَإِمَّا قَالَ فِي ثَلاَثَةٍ وَخَمْسِينَ أَوِ اثْنَيْنِ وَخَمْسِينَ رَجُلاً مِنْ قَوْمِي فَرَكِبْنَا سَفِينَةً، فَأَلْقَتْنَا سَفِينَتُنَا إِلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ بِالْحَبَشَةِ، وَوَافَقْنَا جَعْفَرَ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَأَصْحَابَهُ عِنْدَهُ فَقَالَ جَعْفَرٌ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَنَا هَا هُنَا، وَأَمَرَنَا بِالإِقَامَةِ فَأَقِيمُوا مَعَنَا‏.‏ فَأَقَمْنَا مَعَهُ، حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا جَمِيعًا، فَوَافَقْنَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ، فَأَسْهَمَ لَنَا‏.‏ أَوْ قَالَ فَأَعْطَانَا مِنْهَا‏.‏ وَمَا قَسَمَ لأَحَدٍ غَابَ عَنْ فَتْحِ خَيْبَرَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا، إِلاَّ لِمَنْ شَهِدَ مَعَهُ، إِلاَّ أَصْحَابَ سَفِينَتِنَا مَعَ جَعْفَرٍ وَأَصْحَابِهِ، قَسَمَ لَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"balaghanaa makhraju alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm wanahnu bialyamani fakharajnaa muhaajiriyna 'ilayhi، 'anaa wa'akhawaani liy، 'anaa 'asgharuhum، 'ahaduhumaa 'abuw burdaha waal'aakharu 'abuw ruhmin، 'immaa qaala fiy bid'in، wa'immaa qaala fiy thalaathahin wakhamsiyna 'awi athnayni wakhamsiyna rajulaan min qawmiy farakibnaa safiynahan، fa'alqatnaa safiynatunaa 'ilay alnnajaashiyyi bialhabashahi، wawaafaqnaa ja'fara bna 'abiy taalibin wa'ashaabahu 'indahu faqaala ja'farun 'inna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ba'athanaa haa hunaa، wa'amaranaa bial'iqaamahi fa'aqiymuwa ma'anaa‏.‏ fa'aqamnaa ma'ahu، hattay qadimnaa jamiy'ana، fawaafaqnaa alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm hiyna aftataha khaybara، fa'ashama lanaa‏.‏ 'aw qaala fa'a'taanaa minhaa‏.‏ wamaa qasama l'ahadin ghaaba 'an fathi khaybara minhaa shay'ana، 'ilaaa liman shahida ma'ahu، 'ilaaa 'ashaaba safiynatinaa ma'a ja'farin wa'ashaabihi، qasama lahum ma'ahum‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":29280,"english_bab_name":"Khumus is to be used for the needs of the Muslims","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Musa:\n\n<p>We got the news of the migration of the Prophet while we were in Yemen, so we set out migrating to \nhim. We were, I and my two brothers, I being the youngest, and one of my brothers was Abu Burda \nand the other was Abu Ruhm. We were over fifty (or fifty-three or fifty two) men from our people. \nWe got on board a ship which took us to An-Najashi in Ethiopia, and there we found Ja`far bin Abu \nTalib and his companions with An-Najaishi. Ja`far said (to us), \"Allah's Apostle has sent us here and \nordered us to stay here, so you too, stay with us.\" We stayed with him till we all left (Ethiopia) and \nmet the Prophet at the time when he had conquered Khaibar. He gave us a share from its booty (or \ngave us from its booty). He gave only to those who had taken part in the Ghazwa with him. but he did \nnot give any share to any person who had not participated in Khaibar's conquest except the people of \nour ship, besides Ja`far and his companions, whom he gave a share as he did them (i.e. the people of \nthe ship).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
