{"id":2436,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"57","bab_id":8.0,"english_bab_number":"8","arabic_bab_number":"8","hadith_number":"3124","our_hadith_number":33,"arabic_urn":128410,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أُحِلَّتْ لَكُمُ الْغَنَائِمُ»","arabic_text":"غَزَا نَبِيٌّ مِنَ الأَنْبِيَاءِ فَقَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ لاَ يَتْبَعْنِي رَجُلٌ مَلَكَ بُضْعَ امْرَأَةٍ وَهْوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبْنِيَ بِهَا وَلَمَّا يَبْنِ بِهَا، وَلاَ أَحَدٌ بَنَى بُيُوتًا وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْ سُقُوفَهَا، وَلاَ أَحَدٌ اشْتَرَى غَنَمًا أَوْ خَلِفَاتٍ وَهْوَ يَنْتَظِرُ وِلاَدَهَا‏.‏ فَغَزَا فَدَنَا مِنَ الْقَرْيَةِ صَلاَةَ الْعَصْرِ أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لِلشَّمْسِ إِنَّكِ مَأْمُورَةٌ وَأَنَا مَأْمُورٌ، اللَّهُمَّ احْبِسْهَا عَلَيْنَا‏.‏ فَحُبِسَتْ، حَتَّى فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَجَمَعَ الْغَنَائِمَ، فَجَاءَتْ ـ يَعْنِي النَّارَ ـ لِتَأْكُلَهَا، فَلَمْ تَطْعَمْهَا، فَقَالَ إِنَّ فِيكُمْ غُلُولاً، فَلْيُبَايِعْنِي مِنْ كُلِّ قَبِيلَةٍ رَجُلٌ‏.‏ فَلَزِقَتْ يَدُ رَجُلٍ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ فِيكُمُ الْغُلُولُ‏.‏ فَلْتُبَايِعْنِي قَبِيلَتُكَ، فَلَزِقَتْ يَدُ رَجُلَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاَثَةٍ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ فِيكُمُ الْغُلُولُ، فَجَاءُوا بِرَأْسٍ مِثْلِ رَأْسِ بَقَرَةٍ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ فَوَضَعُوهَا، فَجَاءَتِ النَّارُ فَأَكَلَتْهَا، ثُمَّ أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَنَا الْغَنَائِمَ، رَأَى ضَعْفَنَا وَعَجْزَنَا فَأَحَلَّهَا لَنَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"ghazaa nabiyyun mina al'anbiyaa'i faqaala liqawmihi laa yatba'niy rajulun malaka bud'a amra'ahin wahwa yuriydu 'an yabniya bihaa walammaa yabni bihaa، walaa 'ahadun banay buyuwtana walam yarfa' suquwfahaa، walaa 'ahadun ashtaray ghanamana 'aw khalifaatin wahwa yantaziru wilaadahaa‏.‏ faghazaa fadanaa mina alqaryahi salaaha al'asri 'aw qariybana min dhalika faqaala lilshshamsi 'innaki ma'muwrahun wa'anaa ma'muwrun، alllahumma ahbishaa 'alaynaa‏.‏ fahubisat، hattay fataha alllahu 'alayhi، fajama'a alghanaa'ima، fajaa'at  ya'niy alnnaara  lita'kulahaa، falam tat'amhaa، faqaala 'inna fiykum ghuluwlaan، falyubaayi'niy min kulli qabiylahin rajulun‏.‏ falaziqat yadu rajulin biyadihi faqaala fiykumu alghuluwlu‏.‏ faltubaayi'niy qabiylatuka، falaziqat yadu rajulayni 'aw thalaathahin biyadihi faqaala fiykumu alghuluwlu، fajaa'uwa bira'sin mithli ra'si baqarahin mina aldhdhahabi fawada'uwhaa، fajaa'ati alnnaaru fa'akalathaa، thumma 'ahalla alllahu lanaa alghanaa'ima، ra'ay da'fanaa wa'ajzanaa fa'ahallahaa lanaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":29170,"english_bab_name":"The statement of the Prophet ﷺ: \"Booty has been made legal for you Muslims.\"","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>The Prophet said, \"A prophet amongst the prophets carried out a holy military expedition, so he said \nto his followers, 'Anyone who has married a woman and wants to consummate the marriage, and has \nnot done so yet, should not accompany me; nor should a man who has built a house but has not \ncompleted its roof; nor a man who has sheep or shecamels and is waiting for the birth of their young \nones.' So, the prophet carried out the expedition and when he reached that town at the time or nearly at \nthe time of the `Asr prayer, he said to the sun, 'O sun! You are under Allah's Order and I am under \nAllah's Order O Allah! Stop it (i.e. the sun) from setting.' It was stopped till Allah made him \nvictorious. \nThen he collected the booty and the fire came to burn it, but it did not burn it. He said (to his men), \n'Some of you have stolen something from the booty. So one man from every tribe should give me a \npledge of allegiance by shaking hands with me.' (They did so and) the hand of a man got stuck over \nthe hand of their prophet. Then that prophet said (to the man), 'The theft has been committed by your \npeople. So all the persons of your tribe should give me the pledge of allegiance by shaking hands with \nme.' The hands of two or three men got stuck over the hand of their prophet and he said, \"You have \ncommitted the theft.' Then they brought a head of gold like the head of a cow and put it there, and the \nfire came and consumed the booty. The Prophet added: Then Allah saw our weakness and disability, \nso he made booty legal for us.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
