{"id":23707,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"43","bab_id":55.0,"english_bab_number":"55","arabic_bab_number":"55","hadith_number":"4916","our_hadith_number":144,"arabic_urn":949190,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِيمَنْ يَهْجُرُ أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏\"‏ تُفْتَحُ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ كُلَّ يَوْمِ اثْنَيْنِ وَخَمِيسٍ فَيُغْفَرُ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَيْنِ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ مَنْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ شَحْنَاءُ فَيُقَالُ أَنْظِرُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحَا ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم هَجَرَ بَعْضَ نِسَائِهِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا وَابْنُ عُمَرَ هَجَرَ ابْنًا لَهُ إِلَى أَنْ مَاتَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ إِذَا كَانَتِ الْهِجْرَةُ لِلَّهِ فَلَيْسَ مِنْ هَذَا بِشَىْءٍ وَإِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ غَطَّى وَجْهَهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، haddathanaa 'abuw 'awaanaha، 'an suhayli bni 'abiy saalihin، 'an 'abiyhi، 'an 'abiy hurayraha، 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala ‏\"‏ tuftahu 'abwaabu aljannahi kulla yawmi athnayni wakhamiysin fayughfaru fiy dhalika alyawmayni likulli 'abdin laa yushriku bialllahi shay'ana 'ilaaa man baynahu wabayna 'akhiyhi shahnaa'u fayuqaalu 'anziruwa hadhayni hattay yastalihaa ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm hajara ba'da nisaa'ihi 'arba'iyna yawmana waabnu 'umara hajara abnana lahu 'ilay 'an maata ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda 'idhaa kaanati alhijrahu lillahi falaysa min hadhaa bishay'in wa'inna 'umara bna 'abdi al'aziyzi ghattay wajhahu 'an rajulin ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":848980,"english_bab_name":"Regarding a man abandoning his brother","english_text":"<p>\nAbu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) as saying: The gates of Paradise are opened on Mondays and Thursdays, and forgiveness is granted to every man who does not associate anything with Allah, except for a man between whom and his brother there is rancor. Command will be given that they should be given respite till they conciliate.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: The Prophet (saws) kept apart from some of his wives for forty days, and Ibn 'Umar kept apart from his son till he died.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: If keeping apart is meant for the sake of Allah, then it has no concern with it.
